    I highly recommend this guy. Of all the companies I called between Angie's list and home advisor. He gave me the best deal. I wanted to buy my own very technical kit from Home depot but everyone I called wanted to charge me 150 to 400 with my own kit, which is insane. Trevor only charged me 108.41 for the installation. He first showed up to install it but it turned out my garage door height was 8 ft and the kit I bought was 7 fit so he told me to buy an extension kit which was only 50 dollars more. I bought the extension cord and we rescheduled. He came on time, even checked with me the day before. Very professional, installed it quickly, and even showed us how to use our advanced kit. After totaling the purchases and the installation it all out much cheaper then going with other companies. I highly recommend Trevor to anyone on a budget or who doesn't want to get swindled by others.

    It went really well. I think it was a good price. They did the job. Just one person came out to do the work. It took one hour to complete the work. You know, I think it was a really good experience. They came out, I had some questions about it because it's a really old garage door. I had some questions about replacing the opener on it and replacing some parts in it. So, he was very knowledgeable on it, and he gave me some suggestions on what to do.

    Terrible worst service ever experienced! Tornado struck home. Aspen onsite to beg for work.Job not completed, owner passed away, original job not done properly, asked for money out of pocket Home stuck by tornado. Aspen onsite to beg for work.Job not completed, owner passed away, original job not done properly, asked for money out of pocket under the table. lost 2 sales of home! No integrity, basically they took money from a dying woman! Home was stuck by tornado. Aspen on site to earn work. Sheri hired company as she needed roof/siding repairs and fast to secure roof of leaks and anymore damages. 2 contacts signed the later contract included valley (neighbors valley replaced and no issues-different company/same house build). A year later work still not complete. Sheri was disabled woman with struggles health issues, was hospitalized and passed away. During her hospitalization, eldest daughter took over attempt to get Aspen to come out and finish job including moving insulation away from multiple vents, get wildlife out of vents and to finish job. Job included new door and new garage NONE are still replaced. Email/called owner several times for resolution. He Michael Dolan sent threatening emails:"If your mother had opted to pay for a new valley there would have never been a leak. She opted to not pay top dollar. And even though I didn't install that part of the roof. I fixed it anyway. That's service. You can also tell sellers they have a 50yr warranty on the roof. I upgraded the valley. Double the cost of the original. I will not play games on this. I'm constantly doing the right thing here and getting the shaft. I want you to think a long time before replying. Because, if you try to not pay the remaining balance I'll add to it the valley. (HE THEATENED ME) (I'm grieving the loss of my mother and he their company's motto IS : WE BELIEVE IN DOING THE RIGHT THING THROUGH HIGHER STANDARDS AND INTEGRITY.") I'm sorry this happened. But this job is a loser for me before I put a 2k dollar valley in. I'm getting paid in full. End of story." I called their corporate office after the 2nd loss of sale of home and to report misconduct of Mr. Dolan. Spoke with Susan Swisher who listened but never called me back but only had Mr. Dolan's office call me back to say the GM wanted me to deal with them! Hello, I am super disappointed to hear that I was directed back to Amanda Barker... Ms. Barker has not been kind or professional in the past in regards to the death of my mother and all she was money hungry when at that time all the work was not completed! Per your motto: you will not ask to be paid in full until all the work is completed. Please send the bond and licensing information and I'm happy to deal with them as the owner thinks it's okay for Mike to demand $700 out of pocket when it was covered under warranty!     We purchased a new garage door opener at a local hardware store as the old one stopped working. We wanted one with a battery backup as the double garage door was too heavy to lift, or so I thought. My husband was going to install it himself but we checked out Coast to Coast. We had contacted them earlier in the month for door seals for the garage doors when we couldn't find them anywhere else. David and his brother came out the next day to install the opener (on a Saturday). When I mentioned that I couldn't lift the door, he checked the springs and said they were too small for the type of door we had. My husband had installed the springs a few years back (scary, I know) with springs that were recommended by another local garage door company. David and his brother installed the springs and the new garage door opener in two hours. I wish we had contacted them before we bought the opener. We didn't need the battery backup. I can now easily lift the door.. Very professional, great job. Would definitely use again.

    We needed a new garage door opener installed. Austin and Steve provided us with a quote for a new until and install. Austin was flexible when we decided we wanted a Chamberlain instead of a Craftsman and provided a new quote. We ended up purchasing our own unit and had Pioneer Overhead install the unit for us. They showed up when they said the would. The service took the amount of time they said it would. It's is way quieter than our older unit and is working great.

Because of no response, I called again on Friday and left the same message. I still have not received a response. I live just a couple of miles from his address. I went with another provider who returned my call in a timely fashion.

    We left a message after hours on Saturday, missed Patrick's return call on Saturday. Patrick followed up on Sunday and we scheduled for Wednesday. Technician arrived on time, and discussed the work to be done. John was very knowledgeable and suggested that we might want to have the roller hinges replaced the next time we had maintenance. As they were plastic hinges and John had metal replacement hinges on the truck, we had them replaced. We were very appreciative that he mentioned this without making us feel pressured to make an on-the-spot decision. It made sense for us to get the work done at this time. John took the time to fully explain the workings of the new opener features, programmed all of the remotes and setup the control panel. He disposed of the old opener and the packaging from the new one which was much appreciated. We were very happy with the work done. What we paid was money well spent, we love how quiet the door and the opener are. We would definitely recommend this business and will use Patrick's Garage Door Co. for future garage door/opener maintenance and repair.
