    They’re expensive, but it’s Volvo. I really like them. I trust them. That’s the only place I take my car. They’re great. The service manager is the only one I interact with and he’s really great, very responsive.

    They are very simple, straight-forward and they keep the services affordable. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and then are done. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete an oil change.

    The Brake Shop
    The service went quite well. My wife dropped it off in the morning and I picked it up after work. The owner stayed past the normal work hours so I could pick the van up which I thought was nice of him. The van's brakes have been working perfect since the service and I paid a fair price for the work. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the my experience at the Brake Shop and will return in the future.

    Radio Cab
    Radio cab has the worst cab service I���ve ever seen. On more than one occasion they have taken 1-2 hours to get to my place after estimating a 15 to 30 minute arrival time. They have been terribly Rude to me on the phone and have even hung up on me when I complained about how late they were. I���ve even expressed how important it was to get to an appointment on time, but they just don���t care. One driver told me that they send the cabs to the casino around 5 pm and it makes it so they are short handed everywhere else. The cab driver was actually complaining to me about how bad his bosses are about getting people where they are supposed to go and giving them false times that they would pick them up. So if they say they can be there in 30 minutes, don���t count on them. This is a consistent problem they have. Radio cab is rude to their customers and not reliable. I will never use them again and I feel sorry for anyone who does.

    I Facebook messaged Bryan and he responded! I told him what I needed and put the key under the mat. He picked it up, gave me a bid, repaired the vehicle in record time. We had an issue in Portland and left the car. I messaged him. He went and picked it up, found and re-ordered the faulty part and fixed it under warranty. Bryan is an upstanding person and a great mechanic. His wife is very nice too.

    Every time I've contacted JR's Shop on Wheels, Bryan and his wife have been quick to respond and fair with their pricing. I fully trust that they have my best interests at heart and that they will use the quality/manufacturer of parts that I request. I trust that they will complete the work in a timely manner and charge a fair price for their services. It's tough to find a quality mechanic at a fair price in this world where everyone is trying to make a quick buck and move on to the next job. Bryan with JR's Shop on Wheels is the needle in the haystack that so many seek but so few find.

    Arranged the transport of a new vehicle from CA. to WA. with Nichole at Hilton Auto Transport. She was very helpful and responsive. From initial phone call to delivery was 5 days! Very reasonable in price. After getting several quotes from other companies, Nichole beat their price. The transport company they used was great with communication. Would definitely recommend Hilton Auto Transport and would use them again if the need arises.

    Vancouver Auto Detailing gave a courtesy call before my appointment to let me know the technician was on his way.  He arrived on time, was an efficient, thorough worker which resulted in a job well done.  The level of professionalism was high from my first contact with the company until the job was complete.  I was very pleased with the outcome.

    Ace Car Reconditioning LLC
    The premise was that this was a $250 dollar service at a significant discount.  The amount paid was too much, and the job done was not acceptable.  Tar was left everywhere on the vehicle, and the surface was very gritty.  They said it would be clay barred and it wasn't.  Just an expensive car wash basically with swirl marks for free.

    I arrived at the shop and left the car. I had already  purchased the brake pads and ask if they would put them on.  Told the manager if he did not like the pads they could use their own.  He said they were fine but, there would be no warranty on the pads.

    They installed pads on the front as the back brakes were fine and only needed adjustment.


    I arrive home to brakes dragging and squeaking badly.  I decide to drive it for a week to see if it improves.  It only gets worse.

    Arrive at the shop and describe that the brakes are squeaking badly both when applied and when just driving down the road.  They agree they are squeaking and will correct the problem.

    I talk to the mechanic when I pick up car and he stated there were some sharp edges they needed to grind off the pad but,  they are installed correctly.

    I pick up the car and get it home and the brakes are  just as bad as before.  I let the car sit in the driveway afraid to drive it.  I have an appointment with the Nissan dealer for an oil change and will have them check the brakes.

    Arrive at the dealer and they state the front pads are missing the shim kit and the brakes are sitting in there loose.  That is why they are squeaking badly. The pads are wearing unevenly since they are not secure.  I basically pay the cost to have the brakes re-done and they are fine.  Totally quiet and stop well.

    Show up to discuss with the manager.  He makes a token refund for some of the labor.  He stated is was my fault since I brought in the parts.  Does not remember I said to use his parts if there is any doubt.

    It is troubling that they would let a customer leave when the brakes sounds like it needs a brake job. Brakes are important to the car and I commute in traffic every day.  I did not trust these brakes to stop me properly.

    Side note.

    on 5/2 another woman was in the shop stating she paid $1100.00 for a tune-up and they car died two blocks away.  They were back for round two.


    My recommendation is stay far far away from this place
