    Last Tuesday, after calling and speaking to Daniel, which I had done a week prior, to make sure the 2009 Mercury Mariner was still available, I drove an hour from home to look it over, ready to buy if it "checked out". Daniel, the owner, was soft spoken, friendly, and looked me in the eye. He met me with the key and encouraged me to take it out for a drive. I gave him a copy of my driver's license, signed a liability waiver, and was off. After carefully looking it over, we sat down at his desk which refreshingly, was not a cubicle, but right out in the waiting / reception / showroom. I made him an offer. He said he would have to look to see what he had paid for it. After checking his computer, he accepted my offer, not even proffering a counter offer. THEN he asked if I had noticed that a fuse panel was missing near the front seat passenger's legs. I had not noticed. He made a call to his Ford dealership to see if the part was in stock. It was not, but could be ordered for $30 something. Then he did something I have never seen in my 45 years of driving and buying cars. He pulled $33 out of his now empty wallet and handed it to me saying "That should cover it. If you find it for less, just keep the extra." I mentioned that the horn was not working, and he said that he would fix it for me. Then continuing to build my trust (and now loyalty), he took me out and pointed out a cracked passenger side tail light, saying that he had ordered another one, but it had been delivered to some other place. He said that when I return to get my horn fixed, that it might be in. I returned on Friday to have the horn fixed, which his mechanic, David, was able to do in 5 minutes. The tail light was apparently lost in transit, so he gave me enough money to purchase another one. I really like his way of doing business, assuring customer loyalty. He also sent me over to a tire shop he does business with to find and fix the low tire pressure sensor, saying, "Just have him bill me." All this, added to our conversations and really clean, quality cars with fair prices, has secured my business and recommendations into the future. I hope I can help him sell cars to some of my friends, who I know will be as happy with THEIR purchases, as I am with mine!

    The service and professional treatment I received at Northwest Auto Body was excellent.  
    My new vehicle was hit in the left front wheel and fender.  I was concerned about the impact to the front suspension, drivetrain and steering.  Jennifer Swartz patiently listened to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered.  To test for damage, the mechanic, Randy, did an alignment check with the latest high tech computerized equipment.  Randy presented me with a detailed alignment report and then discussed the results with me personally.  Fortunately there was no detectable damage to my steering, drivetrain or suspension.  I received a detailed estimate for repair to the fender. 
    I would describe myself as an exacting customer.  Northwest Auto Body exceeded my expectations.  I would recommend Northwest Auto Body to anyone.

    A deer hit my vehicle. I took it here since my insurance had them on their "list". The repair was done when promised however my shattered horn was replaced with the incorrect horn and I had to bring my car back in two more times to have it corrected. The repair was done but it was not back to factory specs.

    I went in person to have them do an estimate on the car. I waited for about 15 minutes for a service advisor to appear. once they did, things went very quickly. Ben took all the information an dgave me the estimate in about 5 minutes. He thought it would take three to four days to get the part, it actually took 5 and I had to call the them to find out it was in. We scheduled the repair for October 7 and it was done within 2 hours. Ben and Monica were very easy to work with and made the process much more pleasant.

    JOE'S BODY & FENDER
    Joe repaired my car for $75 when the estimate from another body shop was well over $600.   Joe repaired the original bumper cover while the other shop insisted on replacing the whole thing.   I've had other work done years earlier on other cars.  Joe has always done good work.  No reason to go anywhere else, in my book....

    Alpine Auto Body's work was good. They were very professional. I'd give them a good grade on every category. They work with the insurance company well. They got in, parts that were not GM approved because that's what the insurance company wanted but they didn't fit right so they went and got GM parts for it, they made a deal and they were quick at getting it done. I left the car there and it them a day and a half or so to get it done once they had the parts. They were professional. I got a couple of recommendations from the insurance company before I took it in and then I decided on them.
