    COUNTRY FLOORS
It was a very rapid turn around from the time I chose the sample, the room was measured and the floor was completed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I am very pleased with the results.

    ROBBIE'S FLOOR SANDING
Our hardwood floors were in rough shape. They looked awful; there was a lot of dirt in the cracks between the boards. When Greg was done with them, they were beautiful. Not only are the large cracks filled in, but the floors are now easy to clean. We had a very bad area in one corner of our living room. It looks so much better now! I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to refinish their hardwood floors!

    Little A Wood Floors
Armand Turner came two days earlier than he anticpated, and worked late into the evening to complete the job.  His work is beautiful, he is skilled and knowledgeable about his craft and generous with wood care information.  There was no dust anywhere, the floor is exquisite and gleaming. I will engage his company  again.

    Bob's Hardwood Floors
We hired Bob Santos to refinish our old oak hardwood floor in our dinning room. The house (and floor) is about 100 years old and we don't know when the last time the floor had been refinished. There were also two spots where the old heating ducts were that needed to be repaired. Both areas just had a piece of plywood covering it. Bob was extremely professional-called when he was going to be a little later than he said. And the inconvenience to having the floor done was at a minimum-we just had to stay off of it for a few hours each day. It took a total of 4 days-a day longer than he thought as well as a little higher than his quote because one of the areas to be repaired took longer than expected. The end result is beautiful. There are many scratches he could not get out because they are very deep-it is over 100 years old, after all. But, that adds to the character. We are very pleased with Bob's work and will hire him again if we decide to do any of our other floors. His website is http://www.bobshardwoodfloors.com/

    Bob's Hardwood Floors
Bob did an amazing job correcting all the significant damage done by the Wells, VT contractor. After undergoing a full winter and very humid summer, I can say with confidence that Bob is the consummate professional. From now on only Bob's Hardwood Flooring will work on my floors.

    Bob's Hardwood Floors
On day 2 of the 3 day process, there were overlap lines in the poly that were very noticable. Bob said that wasn't a problem to fix, but it is hard to get a satin finsh smooth. He had suggested the satin, we would have been fine with a semi-gloss. A week after the job was finished, Bob was back trying to fix the same areas. It is much better, however, there are still areas around the edge of the floor where you can see the poly wasn't spread to the edge of the boards. I believe he sprayed instead of brusing it on. Looks like he was afraid of getting it beyond the edge so didn't cover the ends. There are also ripples in the wood in two of the doorways from the sander. On a couple of walls, there are black marks that need to be repainted because they won't wash off. And finally, the stair treds were poorly stained around the spindles, having missed spots, leaving light areas and other spots that are darker because they didn't spread the stain evenly. Overall, the floors look better than they did but a definite lack of attention paid to details.

    Green Age Builders
I did not have the same good experience as other reviewers. Abraham Miller of Green Age installed my solid hardwood floor and within a few months the floor started separating. Some boards started moving back and forth and huge gaps appeared between the boards. Gaps wider than the width of a quarter. You could actually see the nails or lack of nails in the boards. During the install he seemed very concerned about his time and getting the job done as fast as he could which resulted in lack of care for the quality of his work and it’s outcome. He did not follow manufacturer’s installation recommendations or industry standards. The nails were too short and nail spacing on some boards were 15” to 33” apart and some boards had no nails in them at all. He used less than half the number of recommended nails in just about every board we pulled. When contacted about the problems, he just didn’t respond. He didn’t honor his contract warranty on his work, was very unprofessional and didn’t take responsibility for the issues he caused, placing blame everywhere else. Finally, after being contacted by a lawyer, he agreed to fix the floor and gave his word that he would, but never showed each time the work was scheduled and never bothered to call. He was given many chances to resolve the issues. He was finally sued and on Nov. 15, 2018 we were awarded a judgment against him for the cost of a new floor. I would not recommend any dealings with a person of this integrity.

    Cleanway Services
My insurance company paid them out around 9000 to get the work done. They didn't flash the floor so it came out with ripples and they said they would repair the job they messed up for an additional 1000. Now they're trying to get another 3000 from me. I have turned them in to the BBB and they are still sending bills to me.
