    I had a few things that needed to be repaired on my car due to a few years of neglect.  Heard about Twisted Wrench and decided to give them a try and was not let down.  Very impressed by their service and the repairs came within the estimated cost.  Love the ability to have a shuttle ride to the office while they work on your car and pick you up when they are finished.  I now use these guys for everything.

    Darren is the owner of SVS. He is what we all look for in an auto mechanic in Vermont: honest, very fairly priced ($60/hr), many years of quality experience, professional, and a quick turnaround. I've been having my vehicles repaired by him for the past 5 years. You cannot find another shop as honest and reliable as this one in Burlington. You'd most definitely have to drive way out of town....and then get lucky. Highly Recommended.

    I have been bringing my car(s) to Eurotech for three years and have always received excellent service. The work is always done on time and the cost is always what they say it will be. The technicians are great about explaining what needs to be done and why. And if something can be put off, they'll let me know that too, so that I am aware I'll have to deal with it later on. I have recommended them several times and never had reason to doubt that they provided great service to others as well.

    We've been customers for more than 15 years and have always taken our cars there (7 so far).  We've recommended Al-Ans to co-workers, relatives and friends, most of whom all still go there.  They are honest, thorough, and expert.  Occasionally we've had issues with repairs not being completed on time, but only when someone ahead of us in the queue had unexpected repairs, and Alan always lets us know and apologizes for the delay.  We've also had Alan sell cars for us, and have bought cars through him. Highly recommended for all makes and models.

    Actually what I wanted to comment on was two things: (1) they always have been able to get our car back to us very quickly. Usually same day (or sometimes we bring it back) or in two days. (2) work they did may have cracked the windshield, and even though it came to look as though the windshield might've coincidentally cracked on the same day they did the wiper repair (at least, this is what the glass guy claims), they still replaced the windshield for free.

    They are very friendly and courteous. They list all the things they did, for my 90k service they listed the percent wear left on the brakes. It takes a week or so to get an appointment, but the service is impeccable. Dealer quality service with local Vermont business. You will pay for the good service (labor is $70/hour) but if you want it done right, it's worth it.

    Very professional service. Took the time to listen to all the concerns that I had with the MAF sensor that was causing the SES light to be activated on long trips. I had originally taken the truck to the dealer to diagnose the SES light and was told the the MAF sensor failed due to the K&N filter that was installed. They recommended that I resore the original air filter system and the MAF sensor. I later learned from K&N that their filters cannot cause issues with the MAF sensor. That's when I decided to end my relationship with the dealer and visit Master Tech for the first time. Not only was the service done to my satisfaction, but the price was much lower than the dealer quote. I was also looking for specific tires that were top rated by Consumer Reports but cannot be found in the stock size for my truck. Master Tech contacted their supplier and was able to find the tire that I wanted in a comparable size. No other tire dealer that I had contacted had done this previously. In summary, I will continue to use Master Tech for all my future service needs.
