Not only where they extremely responsive they are also very good to work with. The plan changed a few times to keep things in line with code but they were very flexible during the whole process. I especially appreciate the understanding of a client sensitive situation and the care they took to ensure everyone was at ease. I would certainly recommend them.

TS is THE BEST. They work hard, fast. So friendly, and always with a chipper positive attitude. The quality of their work is honestly TOP SHELF. TS is 100% HONEST. I would only seek help elsewhere if TS was not available. But i don't because i would rather wait for when TS is available.

These guys are amazing!!! We ran into unseen problems and Zeb gave me some awesome suggestions and designs to fix it for my new retro kitchen. He also remodeled my barbershop and built a platform which consists of a one of kind industrial rail all around that is more art than function. Let's move to the outside where his crew pays strict attention to detail and design and they then built a inground fire pit which my family has enjoy d very much. His design ideas and attention to date ail and perfection are what will keep me a longtime loyal client. Oh and let's not forget he is my snow removal service as well. This company is truly a one stop place to get everything I need done and he does big or small for me which I appreciate greatly.

I talked to the employees who were working on the site in our neighborhood and they gave me their owner's contact number. I called owner and he said that they could do the job for me and asked me to call his office number to leave my address and contact info. I called the office number and expressed that we want them to do the work, but Earthscapes never responded.

This was a last minute hire. Our lawnmower broke and after neglecting the lawn for a few weeks we needed to do something before our party. At a light I just happen to see one of the Pegton trucks and gave them a call. Apparently, they had just finished a job and said that could come over that afternoon. I was elated! They came at the time quoted and were very professional and quick. They even bagged my grass which is something I never do. I will be using their services again. I also found out that they do winter services too. Since it is still Summer I haven't experienced that yet but I'm sure I'll be writing a review on that too.

The provider did not complete the job, and the work the provider did perform was substandard.  The provider was supposed to re-seed a small lawn, but instead, it merely re-seed some spots.  And they left some areas without protective mulch.  The provider was supposed to weed and mulch a small area.  It left weeds behind.  They were supposed to replace a basement window well cover, which they did, but did not clean out the space in the well.  It was supposed to remove or cut some unwanted bamboo.  It did not do this at all.
It was supposed to put brackets on a fence.  It used the smallest cheapest brackets available and on its invoice it represented that they cost $142.  I went to Lowe's to price the brackets and found they cost about $20.  When I asked them to change the brackets, they refused and told me that the fence posts were rotted and the brackets did not matter because the fence would fail anyway.  The provider held itself out as professional landscapers that could also do fencing.  It did unnecessary work that turned out to be of no value so they could charge for it.
To put his in perspective, we worked with another provider on another property a few days earlier.  That provider weeded a garden that was bigger than the entire property worked on TJL and put in nine yards of hemlock mulch.  TJL put in three yards of topsoil and one of mulch.  In other words, it did about one-half the work and provided half the materials of the other contractor.  For this fraction of work, TJL charged more than 50 % more than the other contractor, who I would recommend highly.
TJL worked for about four to five hours and then claimed that it had finished the job and wanted full payment.  It gave me an invoice showing nine hours of work and explained that we owed it not only for time on the job but also for the time it took its workers to get to the job, four to five hours for each worker.  In other words, TJL charged for as much time to get its workers to the site as they spent on site.
We had an agreed on price to do the work.  TJL did not do the work.  Then it gave us an invoice for an amount almost $250 more than the agreed upon amount.  Talk about chutzpah.
In sum, TJL did not complete the work, and the work it did was poorly and unprofessionally done.  I cannot find anything good to say about TJL.  Please do not make the same mistake we did.  Do not hire TJL for any job, big or small.  It was unprofessional, incompetent, and unscrupulous.

They did a fair job of mulching and edging.  However, we requested steel edging for the perennial border and instead they gave us a wire "stick in the ground" decorative edging.  We emailed what we were looking for and never heard back.

The design was poor.  We requested landscape cloth and she did not install it.  When plants died at the end of the season despite several attempts to get her to replace them she did not respond.

They do excellent work, stick to their estimates, and are highly knowledgeable about trees.  I've been using their services for about four or five years, and I have never had any issues with them.

It went very well.  They did a great job, charged a reasonable price, and showed up on time for the appointment.  Furthermore, they left the area in good shape and even took away some unwanted brush for me.
