Car picked up on the day promised, however we thought we would get a call telling us when during the day ( before noon, afternoon or early evening) and did not so we called and got an answer. The difficulty was that we were not there for the car pickup since we lived out of state and relied on friends to help us and we did not want to inconvenience them or make them hang around their house the whole day. Also the car arrived earlier in the west coast than expected, and my sister got a call that gave her maybe 2 -3 hours notice to accept delivery. Unfortunately, she lives on an island, not the mainland and ferries only run every so often assuming you could even get on the ferries without advance reservations . Once again, we expected a prior day call. Problem with communications and the deliverer knowing the circumstances about ferry/ island... I guess the morale of the story is 1) be there yourself for pickup and be flexible and 2) don’t live on an island accessible only by ferry, propellar planes and personal watercraft. Makes it a lot less stressful

    Liberty Mazda
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Since I have communicated with 4 different people through the Mazda customer-experience hotline, let me explain the full story here and maybe someone will actually do something about this horrible experience that I have had. Long story short, I finally found my dream car online through Liberty Mazda's Website. On Saturday, June 13th I called Liberty Mazda and asked if the vehicle was still available and that I live out of state. I made an appointment for Monday the 15th to view the car. First thing Monday morning, I called Liberty Mazda and specifically asked what I would need to bring in order to purchase the vehicle and drive with it home THE SAME DAY. The woman over the phone told me I just needed a Driver's License with me. When purchasing my car I worked with Jonathan who seemed like he was new because he didn’t know jack ****. I then worked with Tom the finance guy who was absolutely AMAZING. I have nothing but great things to say about Tom, he was so helpful. However, when I was working with Tom, James, the sales manager was taking a personal phone call in the room next to us. It sounded like he was on the phone with one of his buddies about getting together to "kick someone's ***". Note: my boyfriend and I were not the only customers in the dealership at the time. James was using inappropriate language and even Tom kept looking out and I could see on his face that he was beginning to get frustrated at the lack of professionalism from James. After signing everything and purchasing the vehicle I was told that I could not take the vehicle home since Massachusetts apparently doesn't do temporary plates and that I would need to register the vehicle and get the plates in hand before I could get my vehicle off their lot. At that time I was so confused because before I traveled those 4 hours there and purchased the car the reception lady told me I could take the vehicle the same day. Since purchasing the car I have been working with James ever since. I've probably called the dealership over 30 times and most of those calls were never answered. I have left SEVERAL messages and NOTHING! Never a callback. At this point, I was about to rip my hair out and just give up. I have been under so much stress not having a car to bring myself to work and also the fact that I have put so much time just to reach out to these people for nothing to happen yet. I have called Mazda's customer-experience hotline and complained about 4 separate occasions. All I keep hearing is "I'm sorry", I'M SO SICK OF HEARING SORRY, SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS! I am a ****** off customer who just wants someone to actually do something to help me! I was also told I would get a call from the owner of Liberty Mazda. Did I ever? Of course not. SO much **** has been said that I forget until I remember. AND THEN they have the audacity to give me a filthy loaner during a pandemic which is absolutely absurd. I traveled an hour and a half to pick up the loaner on Friday, July 3rd. The delivery guys were 30 minutes late and the car was DISGUSTING. The console was sticky, there was dust and dirt all throughout the vehicle. I am extremely disgusted at the fact Liberty Mazda would give an already DISSATISFIED customer a trashed loaner especially during a pandemic. There are two dents on the outside of the backend vehicle. The "Courtesy of Liberty Mazda" on the back window is peeling and crooked as you can see where the line placement is. It looks like they just slapped it on last minute. Overall my experience with purchasing my new car has been HORRIBLE. I feel like nothing is being done about it and Liberty Mazda is not getting the wake-up call they need. The absolutely useless salespeople at this dealership DO NOT deserve the commission from this sale much less to continue working for the company. I expect something to be done immediately about this or they and Mazda can expect to hear from my lawyer.

From the moment I pulled in I was shown nothing but pleasant conversation by a knowledgeable owner. Mark pulled my car right into the garage where he quickly changed out my thermostat. When he was done Mark explained just what he did showed me the failed part. This is the kind of shop I highly recommend and hope that all of you who need work done will call Williston Automotive.

I took my car to AllStar to have a dent repaired in the fender. They were the closest shop that was recommended by my insurance company. They were very helpful in scheduling the repair, and even gave me a ride back home after I dropped off the car. The quality of the repair is excellent. Since the repair was paid for by insurance, I did not get estimates from other shops for price comparison. I would assume their price is comparable to what others would charge. Overall, my experience with AllStar was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Everything was done in a timely manner and the check engine light is still off! (1 week later so far) Nice and small family place. A little informal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Will definitely go there again!

He did an excellent job and the repair looks great. Saved me from having to replace the entire windshield.

    Rotunda's Collision Center
The shop was thorough in communicating and provided very good details about what challenges that may come up. They worked well with the insurance company and kept me up to speed as things shifted. The initial call to say the car was done was a little premature-the dents in the hood were not perfect and this was a miscommunication within the shop. This was brought up by the shop when I arrived and the shop was quick to get my rental car figured out and reschedule an appointment to get a new hood installed. It added to the time, but in the end was done right and they took care of all the extra cost. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the finished work was very nice.

I dropped it off the night before. It took them a day to complete. They explained everything and were professional.

When we got the winter tires, he said that our summer tires were shot and we couldn’t keep using them anymore. We have already often said to newcomers in town, here is where you take your car. He tells me what he has done, he uses terms that I can understand, but he doesn’t go into great detail unless I ask questions. I don’t always ask questions because we trust him. We started going there because a friend that we trust recommend him.
