    Unfortunately, they could not complete either because of the amount of rust found on the undercarriage of the vehicle (would not pass inspection).  This was also confirmed from another location.  They did not want to charge me anything because it was:
    a) my first visit and didn't want me walking away with a sour taste, and
    b) they were unable to actually work on the vehicle
    Nate gave me a couple of recommendations because he admitted the work may have been beyond what they could do, and was honest enough to say that even if they started, they weren't sure if they could bring up to inspection code.  I really appreciated their candidness.  I will bring more business to them in the future and will give another review based on actual work done.

    It was easy to make an appointment and they got me in the next day. I dropped the car off the night before and they called me before noon the next day. The price was reasonable, they were very knowledgeable, courteous, and I would definitely go back there again.

    Alan and his mechanics do a great job! They were very thorough and honest. He went over the replaced parts with me and answered all of my questions.  As long as I live near the Burlington area, i'll never take my car elsewhere.

    David is awesome! He comes to your house (or work place), no need to drive some where and wait, or be dropped off by someone and then have to figure out how to get back to your car. 
    1. He communicates very well and in a timely manner, my preference was through e-mail, I scheduled my appt. on line
    2. He sent me a confirmation email for my scheduled appointment
    3. He sent me a reminder email the day before my scheduled appointment
    4. He called 1/2 hour before his arrival to my house to let me know he was on the way and might be a few minutes late, he was right on time (this is very unusual now a days, for any service workers are on time or even show up!) Much appreciated
    5. He meets and greats and is very friendly and professional, inviting me to to check out his progress at any time
    6. He has everything he needs with him, water and power
    7. He did an exceptional transformation of my car, looks brand new
    8. He gave me a $20 gift certificate for my next appointment
    It simply does not get any better or easier than this, and at a very reasonable rate.

    The purchase and sale had a few bumps along the way, but overall, was the best part! The salesman made a promise that they could take care of Vermont sales tax (since we had our plate and just needed to transfer the registration) but when we went to the VT DMV they still wanted our taxes because of the way the paperwork was completed. We still haven't gotten our double payment back! We traded in another vehicle which also had OnStar and satelite radio. Of course, silly us, we decided to let the salesman take care of the transfers from one vehicle to the other. Not only did he cut off my first vehicle too early, he messed up the accounts completely and they had no idea about the new truck until we called and started over. They did let us borrow the new truck for a period to make sure we wanted it and let us take it to a lift company to check the specs against my wheelchair. Again, all that was nothing. They were almost perfect, as you can see, until they got the check. Through all this, the salesman keeps promising to take care of "everything" and "not to worry". He insisted he would get the cup holders that were missing (that took two trys and two months) and replace the OME floor mats that were not in the truck when we did our test-drive. Originally, "they must have taken them out to clean", then they were "in the shop", then he "put them with the stuff for FedEx", then "put them on the FedEx truck" himself, and finally, someone drove them to our house and dropped the box outside our door only to find out all he did was go to a local auto parts store and picked up some random floor mats and put them in a box. In addition to the salesman being less than honest, the receptionist was rude answering the phone everytime I called to speak with this man because it was becoming clear I was not happy. I even tried to speak with a sales manager and she put me through to some random blank voicemail box.
