  • The prices are reasonable. There’s a little too much of a corporate feel about it for me. Usually in the past, I’ve gone to dentists who were more personable. I have no complaints about the service or the medical expertise or the care. It just doesn’t have that comfortable kind of feeling about it. From a professional point of view, they are fine. They are just top notch. I never had to go to them with an emergency but when I had to go for little things, they were pretty good. They get me in reasonably soon. I never had to wait more for a routine thing than a couple of weeks. The office environment was quite nice.

  • Speaking as to my own first appointment, this DR never touched me. In fact, he barely looked at me. No introduction, handshake, smile, I mean nothing. He sat at his desk and as he was going through my list of medications he made snide remarks as to how he has never seen so many "issues" for someone my age. He was writing on a post it pad in regards to the litany of vitamins and supplements I have to take (due to a surgery years ago) and said that due to my long list, I was using up all of his note pad. Unreal!

    I was almost in tears.

He refused to prescribe one of my medications that I have been on most of my life because he "didn't believe in it" and said he would not prescribe two others unless I see a psychiatrist (which is who prescribed them to BEGIN with!). When he was being sarcastic about my therapy history, he said something to the likeness of "Wow! I guess you have had issues". Can you believe it?

Oh, and when our apt was over, he just got up and left. I didn't even know we were done. The receptionist came in and got me. I told her that I would not be back and I found someone else for us. Upon looking for similar issue with this doctor, I found numerous complaints that were just like mine. How this guy is still in practice is simply beyond me.

  • Besides the routine exam, Robin makes sure you are up to date on all immunizations, and takes the time to answer any questions.Any lab tests you have had done are reviewed and explained. Robin is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

  • My overall experience here was in one word Assume!!
Everyone is so very nice and easy to deal with.  Every time I go into the office or an appointment I don't even need to walk up to the window as I walk in the person behind the desk slides open the window and greets me and tells me that they will let them know I am here even before i had a chance to walk half way in.

  • Dr. Joyce A. Hottenstein does a really good job. I would recommend them to everyone. She has everything in house. If I need something done she has it there. She has a really cool office. I will continue to use her.

  • Dr. Del Bianco is extremely thorough. He asked me a lot of questions, including my diet and health (both my parents are diabetic). I wear contacts because I prefer them, but I dont swap them often enough nor wear glasses because I couldn't really afford glasses AND contacts, and contacts were very expensive. After my exam, he was able to test some contacts with me that were cheaper than what I was using but would be better for me. He also gave me a good deal on the contacts so I could get both the glasses and contacts. He was very concerned about my eye health, and it was obvious because he followed up with me to see how the new contacts were going!
The glasses I purchased there were easy to get and easy to fit. The ladies there are incredible. I got a great deal, the bill and insurance was explained to me EXTREMELY thoroughly so I knew exactly what insurance would pay for or how much of it they would, and I could pick and choose from there.
My glasses did take a week to come in, which was disappointing, but everything else made it a great experience!!

  • Dr. Keshava diagnosed cataracts last year and removed them in January and February of this year. The procedures went as I expected and my vision is better than I had anticipated. He had diagnosed glaucoma a few years ago and has been treating that ever since. He is very thorough and explains everything that is happening, will happen and possible outcomes. He always has time to answer questions. His practice is busy, but I usually don't have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes, if at all. The office is immaculate, the doctor and staff are immaculate as well. Billing has always been accurate. The optometrist shop in the practice changed my glasses lenses and was very accommodating and pleasant. Appointments at this office are always positive. I have nothing but positive experiences here. Would recommend to anyone who is particular about eye care.

  • It had been many years sense I had been to the dentist.  I started a new job in a new area so had to find a new dentist.  I found Dr Opshal on Angie's list and gave them a call to set up my appointment.  They were very nice on the phone and I got my first appointment within a couple weeks.  When I showed up for my appointment, the waiting room was very clean and everything was in good repair.  The decor was simply but very nice.  Everyone in the office I had contact with was very friendly, had a smile on there face, and was easy to talk to and deal with.  They took me back to get check out.  The nurse then showed me to the room let me get comfortable and took my information.  She was very nice and had a good personality.  Dr. Opshal came in shortly after I arrived in the room.  There was very little wait which was nice, compared to some other Dr. offices I have been to.  Dr. Opshal was very nice and had a good bedside manor.  After taking a first look and some notes of problems to work on.  The nurse then took over and did some x-ray's of my teeth.  It took a while to do, but the nurse made it very easy.  After the x-ray's Dr. Opshal came back and looked them over.  We then sat and talked about a plan for the future.  Everything was explained, all my questions were answered in a way that I could easily understand.  There were no surprises on what was to be done and how.  I was even given a time line and price break down on each visit and how much my insurance and I was expected to pay.  Over all It was a very pleasant and straight forward visit.  I would refer anyone and everyone I know to this dentist office.

  • In the early evening one Saturday, I called my OB practice's answering service because I was not feeling well and suspected it could be a UTI. I was concerned it was getting serious and would get to my kidneys if I waited until Monday to get treatment. Dr. Keenan called me at home and I did my best to describe my symptoms, although in my ignorance I didn't think I had enough definitive symptoms for a UTI. I later learned that what I described was an OBVIOUS UTI. That didn't matter to Dr. Keenan. In a very abrupt manner he made it clear that he was not listening to my description of my symptoms and he focused on two things: that I was bothering him and how was he going to get me to leave him alone. He asked if I wanted him to prescribe me antibiotics and I asked if I should have a urine culture first. He said the labs were closed for the weekend and I'd have to go to the emergency room. I didn't know what to do, and he wasn't telling me one way or the other, basically just to stop bothering him. About an hour later a missing symptom presented itself, a fever. I called Dr. Keenan back and he just said to go to the emergency room. At this point, he had all the symptoms needed to diagnose a UTI...but AGAIN his attitude was, "stop bothering me". I went to the emergency room and waited for 4 hours, getting worse in that waiting room. I called him crying saying I still didn't have treatment and I was afraid of developing a more serious condition----CRYING. He said--and I quote, "I'll write you a prescription so you stop calling me" (3 times in 5 hours....on-call OB??). He called the 24 hour drug store but the pharmacy was closed. He told me to go home and come back to the ER in the morning. My husband told the ER we were leaving and suddenly I got bumped back UP the list I had been bumped DOWN and they did diagnose the UTI and gave me antibiotics. Oh, and at my pharmacy they DID get a message from Dr. Keenan..the next morning....for a prescription...but without proper directions so my pharmacist said they couldn't do anything with it anyways. The pharmacist kept a record of that prescription request because it was so unprofessional. -Dr. Keenan missed the diagnosis because he never showed he was listening to my communication -Dr. Keenan attempted to harass and intimidate me into NOT getting proper treatment and expressed his annoyance that I sought his help -Dr. Keenan never resolved the medical issues I brought to his attention. His prescription could not be filled and he never followed up with me...after telling me to go home from the emergency room. After that night, both my husband and myself resolved not to have him treat me for anything. We have told the other OB's in the practice, (who are wonderful,) about these events and we have a specific plan to make sure he never comes near me. I have had the pleasure of working with great doctors in my life. This JERK doesn't deserve to be called a doctor!

  • Very well. The doctor and her staff were very kind and made a horrible experience as easy as possible. I had some complications, and they were quick to get me in and clear up the problem. I cannot recommend them enough.
