FI did not have the same good experience as other reviewers. Abraham Miller of Green Age installed my solid hardwood floor and within a few months the floor started separating. Some boards started moving back and forth and huge gaps appeared between the boards. Gaps wider than the width of a quarter. You could actually see the nails or lack of nails in the boards. During the install he seemed very concerned about his time and getting the job done as fast as he could which resulted in lack of care for the quality of his work and it’s outcome. He did not follow manufacturer’s installation recommendations or industry standards. The nails were too short and nail spacing on some boards were 15” to 33” apart and some boards had no nails in them at all. He used less than half the number of recommended nails in just about every board we pulled. When contacted about the problems, he just didn’t respond. He didn’t honor his contract warranty on his work, was very unprofessional and didn’t take responsibility for the issues he caused, placing blame everywhere else. Finally, after being contacted by a lawyer, he agreed to fix the floor and gave his word that he would, but never showed each time the work was scheduled and never bothered to call. He was given many chances to resolve the issues. He was finally sued and on Nov. 15, 2018 we were awarded a judgment against him for the cost of a new floor. I would not recommend any dealings with a person of this integrity.- Karen F.

AMichael Jordan and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. They are a hard-working, flexible, and professional bunch of guys with a good attitude, work ethic, and sense of humor. Once the job started, they worked every day until it was done (except the weekend). Michael is extremely detail oriented and meticulous in his work, and he did little extras like adding sills for the windows and reinstalling and fixing the disappearing attic ladder that had not been installed properly.
We couldn't be more thrilled with the results, and we plan to call him again when we have our great room and hallway repainted.
