  Had an excellent experience.  Bill Fowler, the owner, came by an hour after I called him.  He gave me a competitive price.  He was very nice and you can tell he knew his craft.  Bill set up the job the following afternoon.  His crew showed up a bit later than scheduled but I knew that already because Bill had called me twice before on the same day to let me know that status of his crew, who were finishing up on another job.  You hardly get any of those courteous phone calls nowadays, so I really appreciated that.  Mike (the arborist) and his crew were all very nice and as soon as they showed up got down to work.  Mike had Bill on the phone to make sure the crew did exactly as the customer (me) wanted out of this job.  They were careful with the branches falling down and the arborist was very nice and knowledgeable, giving me tips and info related to proper tree growth.  They raked up everything and since the next day the city was picking up bulk garbage, the crew neatly set up the pile out front so the city could easily pick it up.  Before they finished, they asked me if the trimming was to my liking, and after making a few requests, they happily took care of it.  I was very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
