AThey are fantastic. They're pretty busy. I've been using them for about two years. A couple of times I've had problems with my previous vehicle and I called them up. Tim, the owner said, "Hey, why don't I come down? I'll pick up your vehicle and get to it sometime today and let you know what's going on." He didn't worry about trying to schedule an appointment. So he just came and got it. So they're really family oriented. You are part of their family. I love it.- Renee B.

BNashua is a three hour drive for me. But I went there for two reasons. One, my brother lives near there and he gets a new vehicle every two years. Number two was because when I went to the local Toyota dealership here they didn't listen to me. They were pushy and it made me so mad that I decided that I don't care where I have to go to get a new vehicle, I will not give them my business. I knew what I wanted and I had this gentleman that kept telling me what I wanted and I said, "No. This is what I want." He says, Well, you're not going to get that here." I said, "That's fine. Then I'll get it somewhere else." They just didn't have the make or the model. I wanted a new minivan with an entertainment system because we travel a lot and I have three children. He kept telling me, "Well, you're not going to find that here. We're all sold out. There's no more for the year. Nobody in New England has them." So I called up my big brother and said, "Johnny, this is what they're telling me. I can't get the car I want." He said, "Hold on. Let me call my guy in Nashua." They had them in New England. The guy in Nashua said all that the store had to do was call them and they could have had it transferred. In Nashua, they were very friendly. They were very very busy. I had to wait quite sometime actually to even meet with the sales person. They were very professional. I would not use them again in future for two reasons. One is that it's way too far. Two, I thought that they were not interested in the fact that I had my six and a half year old with me and the entire process took close to seven hours. The sales representative that deals with my brother was fantastic. But the guys behind the curtain really made me mad.- Renee B.

AJosh Moorby has been our auto mechanic for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable and pragmatic. He has always been able to explain all options clearly and is not prone to fixing what is not broken. He knows my car(s) and I have a sense of continuity regarding the maintenance of my vehicle. I have never felt that I was being overcharged.
This tire swap was no different. I trust this guy!

ATook my antique car in for service because this place was recommended to have adequate knowledge of classic cars, and it's obvious to me from conversation that they do in fact know what they're talking about. Had the transmission lines repaired on a temporary (2-3 year) basis, and was given a reasonable price on a long term upgrade. Very pleased with quality of service and professionalism.

AWanted a sticker, actually needed a sticker to verify inspection of vehicle. Couldn't get one at the first place I tried, too busy. Same at the second place. Third place actually wanted me to make an appointment for a week later. For a routine inspection!
Went to this place, and finally common sense prevailed. They made time, did the inspection and I was home one half hour later. Would definitely recommend for friendliness and promptness.

FTo be fair, the last time I went here in September 2013, they were actually okay. They solved my problem quickly.
HOWEVER
The service adviser told me $90, and then tried to charge me $180 for a "service fee."
I have spent 3 + hours getting an oil change here in the past.
My brakes have not been the same since they called me in for a manufacturer recall.
I have made appointments here, shown up and the people have had no idea who I was nor were they expecting me.

DWe bought a used 2003 Nissan Sentra in 2007. Since then it has needed close to $10,000 worth of work. Something every month. Once when we brought it in for service, the technicians stole all the change out of the vehicle! When asked if they could help out finding us a better vehicle, they always said they'd get back to us, but never did. We don't have the best credit, but it's extremely unprofessional to not even return calls when saying they'd get right back. We'd rather have heard there was nothing they could do, than not hear anything at all. We had the car repossesed voluntarily because on top of the monthly payment, it cost us about $400/mo in repairs.- Art E.

DLousy actually...On December 20, 2009 my daughter's car broke down and was towed to this garage. Sometime that day, the car was backed into and over $1400 in damage resulted. When confronted, the garage refused to accept any responsibility for it and even tried to insinuate the damage was already there(we have witnesses that it wasn't). They also said they would fight it if we pursued it. Now I need an estimate on those damages which was to be done at a different place. I needed the mechanical fixed in order to get the body repaired. PTO fixed the car and charged $629.- Anne W.
