    The carpet pad was literally disintegrating into dust, but at the completion the room was spotless. The paint job was impeccable! Her estimate was spot on and very reasonable. The work was done quickly and we were more than pleased. She is very friendly and communicates well. We will definitely hire again.

    Mr Valley did not observe his employee's work during this project or following completion of the job. His rates were for professional painters yet the quality of the work was poor. See photographs for examples of the quality of his work. Caulking was unsightly, other areas weren't caulked at all. There was paint on my furniture and flooring. The initial prep work was almost nonexistent leaving patched areas and drip marks etc. with no sanding. The walls now have a texture to them because they used the wrong roller sleeve for the type of paint used in order to expedite the process. I was assured by the painters the knots would be sealed and not bleed through the paint. When I asked Mr Valley to repair the now visible knots, he advised me to call his employees and have them do it as he was barely breaking even on this job. I did not call his employees as this seemed inappropriate; and he made it clear he wasn't going to correct the problem. Then there's the trim. I won't even get started about that. I'm sure from the photos you get the idea.

    This is just a summary of the work, Dan did. He was on time for all appointments, did some odd things painters don't normally do, was careful, always cleaned up, I was impressed by his professionalism and his work ethic. I really like him and I think you will too.

    Awful they made my hallway look worse. Now we need to find and pay for someone else to fix what they did. As for the re grout they called me the morning of the service and said sorry I did not get the color chart to you and I said just get a sand color. What I got was almost white, not sure what beach he goes to but I would like to go there.

    It went very well! It did take some time to get it going as he was so busy yet once he got started he was right on it and finished as quickly as he could. Everything came out beautifully and we could not be happier with the end result.

    As these were upper floor rooms we were worried this may have been a more serious problem such as water damage from the roof or something similar. Martin quickly reassured us that upon inspection the cracks were due to stress (settling) and that the repair work was more cosmetic and not costly infrastructure repairs. He explained it would be a 2-3 visit process that would entail cleaning around the crack, replacing mesh tape, applying a mud compound, and then painting the impacted areas.
    Martin was extremely professional and really accommodated our busy work schedule by coming in during the early evening hours and finishing up on a Saturday morning. Without even charging extra for what some may of considered after normal business hours. His estimate was very fair and the price only ended up being $30 extra due to additional paint materials needed. The price difference for the quality of work was well worth it because the repainting matched the existing colors and ceilings texture perfectly.  You can't tell the difference in what was repaired and what was not.  He is now the first number in our contact list should we need future repairs to our home.

    Mark is amazing. He's precise, excellent at what he does, and doesn't leave a speck of dirt behind when he's all done. There is no one else we would use to work on our home. He's also friendly, and his prices are great. Mark is simple the best!

    I had 3 companies give me estimates on this job. They all came in at approximately the same price, but Paul was the only one that gave me specific details on how he would do the job. The other 2 companies gave me estimates on the work that would be done, but they were "managers". Paul was the only one that gave me an estimate and he and his crew would actually be here doing the work. To me that was very important.
    He came in the day before the work was to start and was very helpful in picking out colors. They started on time and were able to accommodate my starting time each day. They never missed a day and finished a day ahead of schedule.
    The work they did was outstanding. They cleaned up each day. The quality of work was A+. They also found a potential serious problem when they moved my refrigerator and made sure I new about it so I could fix it immediately.
    Good price, dependable, quality workmanship, great to work with. It doesn't get any better.

    Jake and his team are truly a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, polite, respectful and very easy to have in my home with me. I am a stay at home Mom with an infant and not only did my daughter enjoy having them around, they worked very respectfully around my daughters nap schedule ensuring the least amount of disruption for her and our daily routine. They moved items from walls, furniture and tidied up their work space at the end of each day.
    For any and all future painting projects for my family I will be calling Jake again, no doubt about it!

    Chris was very pleasant and responded to our call and arrived to give an estimate. He has a great warm and energetic personality. He arrived promptly with a friend to help do the job. It was a very hot and humid day and I expressed concerns about their well being and the time it might take for the paint to dry. I offered to reschedule the job or let him split the work over two days but he said that he wanted to finish it quickly. They did finish quickly, too quickly in my opinion. There didn't seem to be enough drying time between coats and I wonder if they even did more than 1 coat. When I pointed out places where the paint seemed thin he claimed that they painted 3 coats but in that amount of time (about 4 hours) and with that amount of paint (1 1/3 gallons) on a large room there's no way that they could have applied three coats. They were neat and very pleasant and cleaned up well after themselves. They didn't do any taping and a little bit of paint spray got on the window sills but not enough to bother me. The thin paint job bothered me though and I asked him to come back and take care of the worst spots. I blame myself for not insisting that he put on another full coat. He came back and did some touch up and was very pleasant. He even offered to help move the furniture which was nice. Sadly the job just wasn't that great, not enough paint was used, there are brush streaks and drip marks here and there. When I pointed out the things I didn't like he blamed the paint manufacturer (which we bought after rave reviews from friends and family) and even the color (if the color was a problem why not use a primer?). He mentioned another job where the owner had air conditioning and said that he really took his time there so perhaps he's perfectly capable of doing good work but he certainly didn't do a great job on our room. I think he figured that we either wouldn't notice or wouldn't care. He was wrong, we noticed and we care a great deal. We're disappointed because we liked him very much as a person and would have liked to have had him back to do some other jobs in the future but it's not worth paying for sloppy work when I can do a better job on my own. I'm now going to have to go through all the trouble of moving the furniture etc. and applying another coat.
