He is a very experienced interior and exterior painter as well, and also specializes in building decks. AThis was the most money we have ever paid anyone to do anything...ever. The Sheridans had our trust throughout the entire process. They gave an affordable quote and did awesome work. They cleaned up during each stage of the project and always communicated well with me about timing and issues that came up. Our garage dimensions were awkward and not a perfect rectangle by any means - these guys had to craft a kit of workarounds for irregular shapes and curves. Todd and Luke are good human beings with positive attitudes, and care about their integrity and their work. I hope to use them in the future.

AWe had junk to remove from our basement and around our exterior buildings. The quote was for an hour of labor (2 employees) and a 20 foot dumpster. They hauled away metal, oil, electronics, tires and wood-based items. They arrived right on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They stuck around to give us a quote on fence installation as well.

FI consider it as my civic responsibility to warn public about this company. We had drainage system and sump pump installed by this company in March of 2020 and I paid close to $7,000 for it. Within a month of installation we has a day of rain and there was water in the basement. The water did not drain into the sump pump, instead came up through the floor and sump pump never kicked in. Clearly there is flaw in the design and installation of the system. The "technician" they sent failed to identify the problem or fix it. Clearly they are not standing by their system. I contacted Peter O'shea, owner of the company via e mail and to this date I have not received a response. Now I am left with an unusable basement after spending 7000 dollars. I have contacted BBB and waiting on their response. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. I can't say the same about the workers that installed the system. I urge you to think twice before spending your hard earned money on their system. If you hire American dry to waterproof your basement you will not have a dry basement . It is just a matter of time before you see water.

FA representative from Busy Dog inspected my basement and was very good explaining things. I felt a bit of pressure to sign up now "to take advantage of the special offer". I put $5,000 on my credit card as a down payment for the $10,000 job. To make a long story short I needed to cancel the work and notified them WITHIN 36 HOURS. The sales manager, or possibly owner, was very belligerent and abusive to me on the phone. He was laudably calculating how many days it had been since I signed the contract and was apoplectic when he realized it as within the three day grace period. He shouted at me asking WHY I'm not having this done. To shut him up I told him that I was unable to get the rest of the money out if my annuity at this time. He shouted at me "WELL, YOU HAD THE MONEY YESTERDAY!!!" Can you imagine that?! I said I had half the money and I don't need to tell you ANY reason for the cancellation. I didn't trust the verbal cancellation so I looked on the contract and it says to mail (take too long) the cancellation in or fax it. There was no fax number on the sheet! I ended up calling the salesman and faxed him and I did find a fax number on some website so I faxed it there as well. I faxed everywhere! Then it took weeks to get my money refunded. When ever I called I was given the runaround. Messages taken but never a call back. "Someone else" is handling it, etc. Finally when I said I as going to contact the attorney general's office did I get a response. I would NEVER do business with them as to me they have no integrity at all and only want the money. Even the salesman seemed intimidated by what the manager might do if the sale did not go through. I shudder ever time I think of that experience. The abusive and unethical behavior is unacceptable. Who with half a brain treats potential future customers that way? I will not be using them. Ever.
