Amazing! Chris and his crew did an amazing job with budget, quality, and managing the job. They are extremely organized and they do quality work. I plan on hiring them again for future houses and projects and maybe even new builds. Thank you Chris and your crew!

    AUBUT SERVICES LLC
After wondering where I was going to get the money to pay for the basement waterproofing company, I called Aubut Services as recommended by a co-worker. Ironically, this was the same day I was approved for a rather large home equity loan to go forward with accepting the bid from the basement waterproofing company. I explained to Aubut Services what my basement issues were, especially during the spring time and winter snowmelt. I also explained to them what I was told by the basement waterproofing company. Dave, from Aubut Services, told me not to have any work done until he was able to look at my home. I requested that they visit within a day or so as I had to make a decision relatively soon. Dave was at my home after dinner that evening, along with two contractors who work alongside him. While Dave was examining my situation, his workers each both took notes with written diagrams for later evaluation. The bad news was that I didn't have 3 issues resulting in wet floors, but rather, 7 issues. I almost choked. The good news however, was that Dave explained to me that I myself could completely fix all but one, alone, without help. One of the projects required my brothers help - mostly for a second set of hands. I rented a jack-hammer and cement mixer. The other basic tools I had. I also purchased a small load - about 6 bags - of stone which I had loaded into the back of my truck. I also had to buy a shovel. The biggest job was the core root of my issues that I wasn't even aware of, and the basement waterproofing company missed altogether - based on the slope of my road, water was draining from the road towards my home, where the ground was always damp but completely saturated, with some erosion that was making it's way to my foundation walls just under ground and out of eye's sight. Part of this erosion even cased my fence to slope somewhat but I never thought it was caused by water runoff during wet weather and snowmelt. After digging a trench and running stone and laying 4 inch plastic pipes that I drilled holes into, this runoff is now re-channeled away from my foundation. This, along with some repairs to my interior foundation walls and the installation of two sump pumps in my floor with similar piping channeling water to the pumps, has resulted in a completely dry basement. I spent a total of about 27 hours, and exactly $478 on everything. I am STILL thanking Aubut Services for everything they did for me and the time they spent to save me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them before ANY large projects are undertaken or bids are accepted.

    Multy Builders
They jacked up the barn, tore out all the old stone walls and buckled concrete flooring. Poured a new concrete footing and wall with a drainage system to divert an underground spring. Installed new post and beam system. Rebuilt stone retaining wall with reclaimed original wall. Poured new stone floor in barn and car port. Repaired and repointed existing stone walls. Regraded entire site. Spread top soil and planted grass. The crew worked their butts off in some pretty nasty heat and muck and never complained. Very respectful of the property and eager to help.

    TKO Construction
Contractor performed all repairs in a professional and workmanlike manner. Worksite was kept neat, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Only very minor sweeping was necessary at the end of the job. He and his workers were careful of plants and shrubs. He used quality materials, and was happy to explain what he was doing as the job progressed. There were no blaring radios brought to the job, and the entire crew was respectful and considerate. Given the extensive hailstorm damage in the area, this contractor did his best to get to our job as quickly as he could And, once here, he and his crew put in a full day's work every day.
