    Picked up the car and they said nothing, took my $80 and sent me on my way.  This spring I noticed my rear tires worn bald on inside edge.  Called and talked to owner, and he said their paper work showed the rear could not be aligned due to frozen control arms.  I was not told this and my invoice says nothing of the sort.   Owner said "why wouldn't we tell you, it would have been work we could offer to do for you?!"  I don't know why it wasn't mentioned either, I left after paying under the impression the alignment was done.  Owner called me a liar and hung up on me.  The owner should speak to the person who cashed me out and ask them whey it wasn't mentioned, not get angry and hang up on a customer.  I still need an alignment and now new tires as well.

    Thorough estimate before starting repair work. Work was performed promptly and final cost was very close to estimate. Staff was friendly and courteous as usual. And Jeep drives much better since the repair.

    Our Accord's axle failed due to deteriorated cv joint/boot) but luckily failed while turning into our driveway as opposed to on the road. Had vehicle towed to Autosmith and then reviewed diagnosis and estimate with their mechanics. Frontend work is always expensive but the 800 dollar estimate seemed reasonable for the extent of the damage ( could have been worse if occurred at high speed). We scheduled the work and Autosmith completed within a few days, as estimated. Final cost also came in within 5% of original estimate. Pleased with the repair and service. Not the first time we've used Autosmith and will consider Autosmith for future service needs. Very reasonable!

    Received a thorough explanation on recommended and requested repair work prior to deciding on having work done. Nate was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Also discussed repairs w/ Nate's collision expert, Fred. Was very happy with their attention to detail and after getting several other estimates, decided to go with Nate's. They handled/helped with the insurance company involved (the at fault driver's company). Work was scheduled and completed in 3 days, a day earlier than estimated. Was very pleased with the results, including the rust repair ( paid for out of my pocket). Friendly staff and nice, clean customer waiting room and facility. Would definitely consider Nate's for any future body work.

    After original diagnosis, I left vehicle for the frontend repair work. Took a day to get proper spring delivered, but repair took 1 day as promised. I did the rear brakes myself (I do brakes on most of my vehicles) after the spring replacement and then took truck back to John for re inspection at no charge. Passed inspection! Always a pleasant experience with the staff and love their dog Max. Quality work at a fairly reasonable price........better than the local dealers.

    Went great - I've used this company a few times in the past year for different windshield repairs.  Justin is responsive, punctual, keeps me informed, and the work is done well.  Safelite has a good process for getting the insurance company on the line to verify coverage, so it usually takes one call to get the work scheduled.

    I called on a Saturday morning, as I was overdue on my state inspection, and they gave me an appointment that day.
    I arrived a bit early, but they were running a bit late.  Their waiting area was comfortable - had games and books for the kids, a clean restroom, and coffee and vending machines.  Close enough to walk to food or shopping if that's what you want to do, too.

    Don't go to the first Volvo place on the same road. They are fast talking, high charging, poor service. I imagine they survive on the people who go to their place by mistake as they look for the Swedish Pit. No other explanation possible.

    Spend time on a few different days reviewing and test-driving a few different cars of interest. EuroTech reps were very friendly and accomodating. EuroTech appears to specialize in high mileage (i.e., not so new used cars) good quality vehicles. All vehicles we inspected and drove appeared in good quality and drove similarly. CarFax reports were readily available and reps were very forthcoming with add'l details of vehicles history, where purchased, and work that was performed to prep for sale. Overall, a pleasant experience dealing with the EuroTech folks. And so far, no surprises with the vehicle that was purchased.
