  The person that came to estimate and the person who came to clean were very professional and answered all my questions. The carpet was very stained. After cleaning it looked great when it was wet, but some of the stains showed when it dried. I called the next morning and they came back that day and got almost all the stains out. There was one that shows just slightly. I was very happy with the cleaning, because I thought I might have to replace the carpet. My new tenants think that it looks great. I expected to pay an additional fee for extra stain removal with enzyme cleaner, but they would not charge me. That made me even happier. Great company.

  therWhen he arrived his assistant was his mother who was an elderly woman who seemed to have some handicaps. She fell down as she entered the house carrying the cleaning supplies. (I am not making this up) She could not hear me when I spoke to her and she seemed very frail and confused. I had to run off to do a couple errands but I was told the job would take 3-4 hrs. So I planned to be back before they were finished. I had written out the check and left it on the counter in case something happened and I was late. When I arrived home after 90 mins. they were gone with the check. Hardly any of the cleaning was done and there were gouges in my wood floor where he had used a ladder to access the high beams. The tile was not cleaned. I felt bad for the mother so I did not try to get my money back. I chalked it up to charity money. But don't hire them to do work on your house!

  I cannot recommend Bonnie enough. She does the best job housecleaning I have ever experienced (and I have worked with a large number of house cleaners). She pays attention to detail, which is so important in this work, and she makes the house immaculate. She has a great deal of integrity, arrives promptly, is reliable and trustworthy, and is so pleasant to work with. She is also very conscientious and happily takes on additional tasks, such as pet care. I recommend Bonnie without any hesitation.

  I called and left a message on 8/25/12 and received a return within an hour. An appointment was arranged for later that day. He showed up promptly, calling before and after the service was performed. Work was done in the time estimate and was above expectations.

  Called for an appt and was quoted their rates.  Appt was within a week of the call.
  Clint came out exactly at the time promised.  He was very personable and professional.  He first talked to me about what I wanted done, got a history of the carpets (which I thought was thorough), then measured the areas to get me the exact price it would be.  Once I signed off on that he got to work and was done in 2 hours.  I was VERY happy with the results.  I have kids and all the misc stains--large and small carpet spots--that go along with them.  Once he was done, I couldn't find a single stain or spot.
  Other notes:- He offered stain protection treatment for additional charge.  I declined it.- Some rooms I could empty of furniture, some I could not and in those we agreed he'd just do the traffic areas (instead of me paying the higher rate for him to move furniture around).  Afterwards I could see (via the nap in the carpet) where he had reached with his wand and was pleasantly surprised how far under beds, vanities, etc. that he was able to reach.  Again, very thorough.- His equipment was installed in his van and only the hoses and wand come into your house.  It looked to me like it was new, high end equipment.  This isn't someone who bought some used equipment on eBay and started cleaning carpets.- I have berber carpets downstairs and a longer, more plushy nap upstairs.  We had beautiful summer weather outside so I was able to open all the windows and run all my ceiling fans to maximize ventilation and drying time.  The berber carpet was dry in under 4 hours.  The upstairs carpet was dry within 6, excepting the hallway which took about 8.
