Car picked up on the day promised, however we thought we would get a call telling us when during the day ( before noon, afternoon or early evening) and did not so we called and got an answer. The difficulty was that we were not there for the car pickup since we lived out of state and relied on friends to help us and we did not want to inconvenience them or make them hang around their house the whole day. Also the car arrived earlier in the west coast than expected, and my sister got a call that gave her maybe 2 -3 hours notice to accept delivery. Unfortunately, she lives on an island, not the mainland and ferries only run every so often assuming you could even get on the ferries without advance reservations . Once again, we expected a prior day call. Problem with communications and the deliverer knowing the circumstances about ferry/ island... I guess the morale of the story is 1) be there yourself for pickup and be flexible and 2) dont live on an island accessible only by ferry, propellar planes and personal watercraft. Makes it a lot less stressful

Their price was not cheap, but I thought it was fair. I have never had an issue where I could not get an appointment. Sometimes I drop the vehicle off and sometimes I stay there. Whatever we agree to, it happens. They were prompt, professional and courteous.  They left the vehicle very clean. I thought their performance was as it should have been and it was timely and correct as I understand it.

Right as rain. I've dealt with Twisted Wrench for about 5 years. Always been friendly and helpful. They like to take the time to explain and show work being done. Helpful with providing transport to business and to home as well.

Many's is great! I went there for the first time about 6 years ago and when someone hit my car I immediately went back.  They give fast estimates and dealt with the insurance company for me.  My car looks new again! They do not cut corners and are reasonably priced.

I absolutely love Twisted Wrench and let me tell you a little story to make you understand why.
    Being
a woman, I am extremely skeptical of all things auto mechanic.  Since I
have a Honda, sometimes I take it to the dealer because my husband
trusts them and to be fair, they have never done us "wrong".
    However,
now, I don't feel like they do anything to really try to figure out the
root of the problem either, based on my experience with Twisted Wrench.
    My
airbag light was lit up on my dashboard so I took my car to the
dealership and they ran their handy dandy diagnostic machine which
stated that both of my front airbag sensors had gone bad.
    Now, my
vehicle has NEVER been in an accident.  It is one family owned and not
so much as a scratch... So how is this possible that BOTH airbag sensors
go out at the same time?!?  My inner analyst can not compute this data,
however the dealer was very happy to give me a quote to fix both
sensors (not cheap) and eager to schedule the work done.
    I
decided that like with doctors, sometimes it is just wise to get a
second opinion.  Enter Twisted Wrench.  I had read good reviews and they
are a certified Honda mechanic (as well as other makes).
    They
ran the same handy dandy diagnostic machine that came up with the same
answer....However they looked at me perplexed and said "But that doesn't
    make sense"
    Thank you.  I'm not crazy!
    In the end, ONE
(not both) airbag sensor was bad due to the bracket rusting through it.
To get to that conclusion, they checked my wiring, and really looked at
the car instead of assuming the machine is always right.  They took the
bracket off, sanded and painted it so it won't happen again.and really
impressed me with their deductive reasoning and not just trying to get
to a quick fix and more money.
The fact is, I did pay them for
their time to look into the wiring and they did charge more for the
airbag sensor replacement than it would have cost to have one airbag
sensor replaced at the dealer.  But I attribute that to the fact that
perhaps the dealership gets the parts at a lower cost.  I don't know.
    What
I do know is that even if it costs a little more to get my car serviced
at Twisted Wrench, they have earned my trust and loyalty from here on
out.  And for that, I'm gladly willing to pay for the peace of mind that
I'm not being yanked around and having money taken out of my pockets
like I have felt at other mechanics/dealers in this area.
    Thank you, Twisted Wrench!

The exterior looked great, as expected.  But I have been able to get the interior as clean as he got it.  There were nooks and crannies that have not been that clean since I bought the car (brand new).

Harry is an and quot;old fashionedand quot; mechanic and an honest guy. That's an unbeatable combo for a mechanic in my book.
His shop is clean and orderly. He'll take time to stop and talk with you if you visit him unexpectedly. And, best of all, he won't do work that you don't need. He'll tell you to come back in 6 months when you'll need the repair and not just work on your car because he can even if the job isn't necessary. I like that.

I love Road Res Q.  I have had every type of service from snow tires put on/off, oil change, inspection to major repairs of brakes, transmission, AC, drivetrain and electrical problems.  They always give me a fair price and honest answers.  Very professional service.  As a single female, I often feel taken advantage of by auto service providers, but once I found Sean and Phil I have no issues taking my car to them - they are awesome!

I feel confident that I have finally found a service station that I can trust, which is saying a lot for me, given all the bad experiences I've had with repair shops over the years. Dave's crew only fixes what's broken and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. And my car no longer comes away from the shop *suddenly* having new problems that need more expensive repairs. I highly recommend them!

Brought my Toyota truck in for brake repairs. They were able to fit it in their schedule. Received a call from John they there was some major rusting to the frame. My husband and I went and looked at the damage and couldn't believe our eyes. How could the frame be rusted out on a 2000 Tacoma from being in MO to this extent that it was DEFINITELY not safe to drive. We had new tires put on less than 9 months ago bad the car inspected less than 2 years ago and no one has said anything to us about any rust damage. John even called his body work guy to see if people ever fixed issues like this and he said no. I will definitely be taking any car I get back here. Thank you John for possibly saving my life, our grandchildren and other innocent motorists who just happened to be by us when the tires fell off!
