They managed the project with the least possible disruption of our living situation, cleaning up beautifully after every aspect. They gave us a reasonable quote and stuck with it. (Note, I found this company via Angie's list but apparently under a different company name? Perhaps they just recently moved to Hinesburg? AAdvanced American Construction Inc.We still cannot believe our luck that we found this company at such short notice. My husband sent an email to George and within minutes we made an appointment so he can come look at the work. We did a walkthrough and he took plenty of notes and quoted us prices right then and there. The work was comprised of addition of square footage in laundry room/pantry area, flooring, painting/wall refinishing, addition of extra bathroom and remodeling of casita, installing pantry cabinets, plumbing, installing appliances and painting remodeling of house we were moving from. Within days of signing the contract he had guys on the job. We didn’t have to put any money down which was incredible. His crew are the most professional, hardworking efficient people we have ever worked with. They are trustworthy and leave the place cleaner than they found it. Their attention to detail is hard to believe. George and his crew think outside the box, are great at problem solving when a problem occurs, and always do their best to save money but not compromise on quality. When all was said and done, we paid the bill with no bad surprises. We have bought and sold at least 10 houses in our lives and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of company.- josee m.

ABrock's Heating, Air Conditioning, & Gas Services LLCI used Brocks’s to install a 4-head 36,000BTU heat pump system and a new high-efficiency boiler for back up heat and hot water. AKevin's Home MaintenanceVery well! He was well prepared to do the work. I had a long list of other small repairs plus I asked if he would paint my shed. He agreed to return in two weeks. He has a large van type truck which his traveling work shop. He had all the things he needed to do all the repairs, with him.Tha plumbing was the kitchen sink and the outside water faucet. The electrical was light. above the kitchen sink. On the way out, he took the time to tighten the screen door.. The wind had blown it against the house. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work! He is a quiet spoken man , tends right to work. Very efficient!- Barbara K.

APlumb PerfectWe contacted Stan Friday morning, Jan.24,2020 to see if he could install a new faucet in our kitchen. We were very pleased that even though it was a Friday, he said he could come by later that afternoon and do the installation! He had never installed this type of faucet but was able to quickly understand the directions and installed the faucet in about 90 minutes. The original faucet was at least 20 years old and required extra effort to remove and Stan managed it beautifully! I highly recommend Stan, owner of Plumbperfect for any plumbing issues. F5 months after the completion of my bathroom renovation, I’m now seeing issues with Alexander Santillan’s work. The grout/caulk work that was done is not satisfactory and is now cracking where the tile meets the ceiling. There are voids in the grout along the walls of the shower. While the contract that we’ve both signed states that he has a one year guarantee on his work, Alex has now become unreachable to resolve the issues seen. I’ve reached out via phone, text and email to no avail. I finally decided to give him a call from my work number and magically, he answers. When I let him know that I’ve been trying to get in contact with him, he told me that he “didn’t get” my calls or text messages. I then described the issues with the grout/caulk and without even seeing anything, he says that my house must have “shifted.” He told me he would call the next day to arrange looking at the issue but he never called me back. I will now have to come out of my pocket to resolve his shoddy work because he will not respond to any correspondence that I initiate. He is blatantly ignoring my calls so I'm forced to update my review. My issue now is that he is clearly not a man of his word, doesn't honor his contract and runs his business very unprofessionally. I now realize that there were red flags that I looked past throughout the process. These include him not returning to install shower shelves, installing a chipped piece of marble on the floor when there was plenty of tile to use, and him leaving several heavy bags of debris from the project in my garage when debris removal is included in his fee. Save yourself the headache, money and time and find a more reputable contractor. As a customer that gave him business during a global pandemic, I am very disappointed.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AThis company was the best and most professional contracting company I have dealt with in a long time. My hot water tank (approx 30 years old) had quit working. I was referred to A.Collins by another contractor company, having no idea who they were, but happy to have a name to possibly do the work. I was called at 7:15 AM on Wednesday and by 8:00 I had a plumber at my door. Roger came in and diagnosed the problem within a short period of time and then followed through with the office folks and I had a quote before 10:00 AM. By 11:00, Roger was back and his associate, Tyler showed up with a new tank shortly after. The work they did was outstanding to say the least. They took extreme care to keep my basement clean while they worked and ensured that nothing was damaged as they moved the new tank in and the old one out. The quality of the work they did was very evident. Both Roger and Tyler were very personable and friendly. I got a true sense of the level of their professionalism. Roger did not leave until he was absolutely convinced that the issue was fully resolved. He discovered another problem with the circulation pump and got that part also replaced. He did not leave my home till 6:00PM and only after he was positive everything was working properly. He even gave me his own phone number if I was having any problems. I was absolutely satisfied with the work and how it was performed. I own my business and on occasion will need plumbing or other HVAC work done. I now know who I will call whenever I need something along those lines. I am one very satisfied customer and happy to know I can count on a company with this level of integrity.
