  • Went well for the pets. The staff and locale are very professional, so is the service. I did feel they pushed the more expensive treatment and I had to push back to find out what medications would do the job but not be as expensive. They did just build a new facility and appear to have expanded their staff. Perhaps they are trying to recoup their expenses?

  • The service was very professional and of good quality (as far as a layman can tell). I have been going there for about three years now. Recently I started getting the feeling that they were pushing services and sales that, while not harmful, were not really needed. I have noticed that what I buy there is much more expensive than similar products bought at Costco or Petsmart or Petco.

  • They listen to you and try to work things out when we have already worked different things with the pets. They really listen to our experiences apart from going through their experiences. They were very prompt in letting us know the results of the tests that they had taken. They referred us to a specialty veterinarian place for ultrasound to be done. They really were very caring and helpful. What I said is all related to Dr. Wolf. There are other doctors in the practice we were not happy with.

  • We liked them, but our dog died a few years ago. We haven't gone there for a few years, but we probably went a lot in 15 or 20 years with our other pets too. We had gone there a lot, so they were very friendly and they knew our pets and really cared about them. They are so good there that when our pet got old and died, they sent us a card and made a donation in our pets name. One of our cats died of cancer and they made a donation to a school that is doing research on that. When our dog died, it was a very sad thing and the whole staff signed the card that they sent us and made a donation to a place that trains diet dogs help people. We just think that they do above and beyond the call of duty there, they love pets.

  • I have been bringing Cosmo to this center since 2005 and every visit is the same. We're met by a friendly staff, situated in the examination room and made comfortable, and the initial information is given to the staff member before the vet arrives. My first few visits were with Dr. Francois Miquel and, although Cosmo is normally afraid of men, Dr. Francois' calm nature and experience with birds put Cosmo right at ease. For the past few years Dr. Elizabeth Miquel has taken over as Cosmo's vet and he is absolutely in love with her! He Loves her voice and she too has a calming effect on this bird. Cosmo is a rescue and came to me 15+ years ago with many health issues and was very afraid of everyone. He is still suspicious and nervous around people, so to have these two wonderful doctors available when I need them, and so able to deal with Cosmo's medical needs, gives me great comfort. I absolutely recommend this clinic and will continue to bring Cosmo here in the future.

  • I have a musky cat and I took him there for a checkup and a shot. The people there are nice, the property is nice and the office is nice. They have really nice doctors. The price is not outrageous like all veterinary medicine. George is the name of my cat. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

  • Please see previous statement.

As I said in my 1st statement, if we do get another dog (preferably a rescue dog), we will return to the Milton Vet. Hospital for all regular examinations and any treatments needed.

  • We moved here with two very sick cats. They both died, but it was due to no fault of hers. She did everything she could possibly do and referred for an ultrasound. They were very kind about it. The clinic was very nice and compassionate. The care went very well. We probably extended the cats' lives by several months by the care that they gave. Veterinary care isn't cheap.
