Dave answered the phone when I called initially and came by that same afternoon for an estimate. He was able to schedule me in a few days later to complete the work. Dave was on time for both visits and completed everything I asked and more (offered to make extra keys, etc). His prices are very reasonable. ASnowscapes General ContractingZeberiah Snow was referred to us by our Realtor during the sale of our property. We no longer live in the area, and needed someone just to install photoelectric smoke alarms in the townhouse before the fire inspection. We also asked him to attend the fire inspection and resolve any issues found, as the inspection was two days before closing was scheduled. He agreed with no hesitation, even though it was short notice. The inspector found 4 violations that needed to be resolved before we could close - one of which required a permit to do electrical work. He got the permit required and completed all of the work the following day. The morning of our closing he completed the forms required by the fire department, delivered the forms to them, and closed out the permit so that we could close without a hitch. He was a lifesaver... we easily could have had to delay closing. He was always very professional in communication, and did a good job keeping us up to speed on what was going on. ADion Security IncThe Dion locksmith came to our house on time and swiftly took care of our needs. The next time I drove to their shop to unlock a cash safety box that I lost the key on, which had a set of keys I needed. They easily picked the safe open in a 1 minute and offered to make a key. ADion Security IncThey did an excellent job. Somebody gave us some filing cabinets a couple of years ago. It was put in our storage unit because my husband has to keep his tax returns for so many years because he has not done business. The person was giving it away because they have lost the keys. Basically, I just called them and told them what kind of filing cabinet it was and what the number on the lock was. They had a key in ten minutes only. They were amazing. They have gotten all kinds of people out of all kinds of jams. They really have an extensive knowledge of locks and keys. If you lock your keys in your car, they can come and help you out. They are really very, very good and everybody is really nice. They do one thing and they do it really well. A couple of months ago, my husband was in the garden and he left his keys on the lawn. The company that mows the lawn came by and the tractor basically run over my husband's keys and destroyed absolutely everything. It cut everything in half. He must have had twenty five keys in his key chain. I do not think it cost him fifty dollars to go there and have them all replaced. Those were twisted and bent keys that they had to straighten out or do another one. The only thing they did not do was the car key because it was just way too mangled. They are really good. I was really impressed with them. I think their prices are excellent.- Sonya E.

AZeb Snow's company, Snowscapes, has done extensive work on our home in Colchester, VT. He and his team did an amazing job completely remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. The house was truly transformed after Zeb and his team were done. Zeb provided an accurate quote and exact timeframe for the project which was so helpful! This was our first home renovation project so we appreciated Zeb's insight and professional expertise. When we put our home on the market a couple years later, it quickly sold for our desired price largely due to the high quality remodel which was commented upon by real estate agents and the home buyer. In addition to the remodeling jobs, Zeb also helped us with substantial structural fixes. He is our go-to contractor!

DOn Jan 9th I ordered a 4 drawer AMSEC Stor it Cabinet AND two AMSEC Jewelry inserts 1375033 from Indehomes that were advertised on their website. I did receive the cabinet on Jan 23, but without the two ordered jewelry inserts.
I called and talked to Andrea about it and shortly after that I received, without notice, a refund for the inserts. I did manage to get her on the phone and she said she would check into it. I then received an email telling me they were discontinued and she could not find them.
I wrote her back telling her that AMSEC had 18 in stock and even gave her the phone number to call. I again didn't hear back from her, and she wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to call her from a number she wouldn't recognize. She did answer and she sounded so sincere when she said she would really check into it. However, to this day I have never heard back from her.
In the mean time, I ordered them from another company (and paid more for them) but received them in 8 days.
They were very nice on the phone the few time I could get a hold of them; however I would have appreciated sincerity instead!
They rarely answered their phones and I never used their Live Chat when anyone was there even though I tried many times.

Recent Review:
AI found their number on-line and called them, telling them what I needed. They were couteous and willing to assist me., giving me costs over the phone and the option to bring my locks to them to save some money. They created the lock cores I needed, as well as the duplicate keys. They told me it would take about 2 hours to complete and were done in about 1 1/2 hours. I would definetely use them again.

Dennis is an extremely pleasant person, full of local information, and completed the task in a timely manner, however the quality of the double-sided deadbolts he had available was poor. The interior metal is soft and one of them bent internally almost immediately. The locks will probably perform as well as any others in terms of security, but their life expectancy is another matter. I would use Dennis again if he could obtain a better quality product such as a Baldwin lock. Whatever he uses is not appropriate for the task.Reviewed by Anne T.
