Remodeling Kitchen And Bath reviews in Colchester

Zeb Snow's company, Snowscapes, has done extensive work on our home in Colchester, VT. He and his team did an amazing job completely remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. The house was truly transformed after Zeb and his team were done. Zeb provided an accurate quote and exact timeframe for the project which was so helpful! This was our first home renovation project so we appreciated Zeb's insight and professional expertise. When we put our home on the market a couple years later, it quickly sold for our desired price largely due to the high quality remodel which was commented upon by real estate agents and the home buyer. In addition to the remodeling jobs, Zeb also helped us with substantial structural fixes. He is our go-to contractor!

When we first contacted Mark along with a few other candidates to do the work, he was easily the most responsive and had the best recommendations.  We accepted his project proposal and he immediately set a date to start the work.  He started right on the time he had stated and stayed in contact around materials, etc. via email which was really convenient.
Mark brought all his own equipment and was incredibly accommodating about where to set up.  He was extremely respectful of the house, laying dropcloths and coverings around everything around the area.
Even when some unexpected challenges arose including the unforeseen need to replace some plumbing that had become corroded behind one wall, he reacted gracefully and stayed late to keep the project on schedule.  This was even though the extra scope was not caused in any way by the project tasks.
The final outcome was terrific, and we are thrilled with all the results!  Mark's meticulous attention to detail and outstanding professionalism are second to none.  We will definitely have him back for our next in-home upgrade!

It was our first renovation project. Mark took his time to explain the process to us and helped us with the vision in terms of how things would look like after the renovation was completed. Initially we wanted the part of the wall to stay but as the demolition process started we saw that the removal of the whole wall will be more functional to us and Mark made sure that it happened and tried his best to keep us in our budget as it was important to us. To speak of his carpentry skills, I had an armoire/entertainment center in the living room that would have been useless after the removal of the wall but Mark modified and added shelves in the armoire for my pots and pans and installed it on the kitchen wall next to the refrigerator. Now I have added space in my kitchen. He is a Pandora box of ideas and his carpentry skills shone throughout the process.

They did a FABULOUS job!!  Their attention to detail was fantastic and we are so happy with the finished look.  They were punctual and professional at all times.  We would definitely work with them again.

Mark was immediately responsive to my inquiry of services. He came out and estimated my job within a few hours of calling him. I wanted to remove part of a closet in my kitchen (so I could move the refrigerator location), move the attic access that was inside the closet, and then move the door to the closet. While he was there I asked him about remodeling the bathroom. My wife and I wanted to completely change our bathroom, including removing a wall, and changing the location of both toilet and tub. Mark and his team were on time and they worked fast and well. I was very pleased with the results and I thought the pricing was very fair. We got everything that we had wanted and it was on budget, and more importantly, at the price Mark quoted. Would definitely recommend and use Tongue and Groove for future jobs we may have.

She was very nice and good but I did not use her only because it was an insurance claim and the insurance company vendor's quote was very low. However, I liked her and would use her for something in the future. The customer service and communication was good.

The quality of the cabinets and countertops is excellent; however there
were 2 glitches.  First, the bathroom designer didn't take into account
the thickness of the wall tiles I was having installed (by another
contractor) so when the cabinets arrived, they didn't fit into the
space.  That meant reordering a different-sized sink vanity and waiting
several more weeks.  (They didn't charge me for their error.)  Also,
when I saw the number and size of the drawers in the cabinets, I knew I
didn't want or need the overtank medicine cabinet that was part of the
order.  I asked them not to install it but they refused to take it back
or give me any credit for it.  I lost $300 for that mistake.

A little delay in getting an estimate, but Brad started the job when promised, remodel looks great. Brad was very accommodating (even walked the dog one day),was extremely neat in picking up at the end of the day, and price was as quoted.Have already hired him for a few more smaller projects. Do ask about a price for removal of construction materials since it may be an additional cost.

I regret to add a negative comment as this company seemed stellar. However, like someone else who responded to the list, I called and left a message and then sent an email to which I got no response. I can't comment on work done, but I can let others know that perhaps this person is now to busy to bother calling potential clients back.

I need new siding, windows, window trim, framing and on my duplex. The job was complicated and I needed someone I could trust. This contractor is a member of the NHBA and had won awards. I had three estimates, his was the highest, but they only one I trusted to do the job right and not cut corners. This contractor is fair, honest and if you want quality work or if your job is not straight forward it worth paying to do a job right.
