AQuality Preferred PaintingSteve and his team did a great job renovating our home on Cape Cod. It was a big job as it was basically a total gut due pipes bursting and going unchecked for days. His guys were prompt and professional and did very good work in particular custom carpentry work and exterior and interior painting. AAdvanced American Construction Inc.We still cannot believe our luck that we found this company at such short notice. My husband sent an email to George and within minutes we made an appointment so he can come look at the work. We did a walkthrough and he took plenty of notes and quoted us prices right then and there. The work was comprised of addition of square footage in laundry room/pantry area, flooring, painting/wall refinishing, addition of extra bathroom and remodeling of casita, installing pantry cabinets, plumbing, installing appliances and painting remodeling of house we were moving from. Within days of signing the contract he had guys on the job. We didn’t have to put any money down which was incredible. His crew are the most professional, hardworking efficient people we have ever worked with. They are trustworthy and leave the place cleaner than they found it. Their attention to detail is hard to believe. George and his crew think outside the box, are great at problem solving when a problem occurs, and always do their best to save money but not compromise on quality. When all was said and done, we paid the bill with no bad surprises. We have bought and sold at least 10 houses in our lives and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of company.- josee m.

AKevin's Home MaintenanceVery well! He was well prepared to do the work. I had a long list of other small repairs plus I asked if he would paint my shed. He agreed to return in two weeks. He has a large van type truck which his traveling work shop. He had all the things he needed to do all the repairs, with him.Tha plumbing was the kitchen sink and the outside water faucet. The electrical was light. above the kitchen sink. On the way out, he took the time to tighten the screen door.. The wind had blown it against the house. Needless to say, I was very happy with his work! He is a quiet spoken man , tends right to work. Very efficient!- Barbara K.

AThis was the most money we have ever paid anyone to do anything...ever. The Sheridans had our trust throughout the entire process. They gave an affordable quote and did awesome work. They cleaned up during each stage of the project and always communicated well with me about timing and issues that came up. Our garage dimensions were awkward and not a perfect rectangle by any means - these guys had to craft a kit of workarounds for irregular shapes and curves. Todd and Luke are good human beings with positive attitudes, and care about their integrity and their work. I hope to use them in the future.

AWe had junk to remove from our basement and around our exterior buildings. The quote was for an hour of labor (2 employees) and a 20 foot dumpster. They hauled away metal, oil, electronics, tires and wood-based items. They arrived right on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They stuck around to give us a quote on fence installation as well.

AThese guys are tops! Rick returned my call promptly, and they were able to fit me in between jobs within 2 days. They showed up on time, were professional, safe and explained my options if I wanted to make an insurance claim. They even took the time to properly nail down other rows of shingles that were not nailed correctly to begin with, most likely causing the shingle damage. I highly recommend, and will have Rick1, Rick2 and Ed back in the Spring for a painting estimate and to evaluate the roof condition at that time.

AI would strongly recommend the painting company A Blaze of Color. They have prepped, primed and painted the trim on the outside of my home using quality Benjamin Moore paints. These painters are the some of the hardest working contractors, when they were here they were working. They have excellent communication and clearly explained what they were doing. They cleaned up at the end of every workday and I could notice the improvement each day. I had a completely positive experience with this company and who can say that these days! Their schedule is busy, but they are definitely worth waiting for!
