  The service was provided at Safelite's Williston, VT location.  They were prompt, informative, and the technician did an excellent job.  The service was provided on a timely basis, and on schedule.
  I downrated professionalism a little because the waiting room could have been nicer.  The technician who did the work was extremely professional.

  Don't have your vehicle serviced here and don't purchase a vehicle from them. They are unprofessional and their VP, Chad is rude. Chad is completely unprofessional, argumentative, judgmental and rude. Their mechanic lied about breaking the sensor and claimed that he never told me to bring it back to them for them to correct the problem. I got a phone call after I left my car with them to fix it that it would cost me $300 to fix a problem they caused. Chad then proceeded to argue with me about who should fix it. I then got a threatening phone call from Chad stating that he was going to have my car towed out of the yard and he refused to fix it at all. All of this because I gave them a bad review on other websites after my interaction with Chad, that was rude for the last time. Chad then called me up and left me a voice mail that said, "Just so you know because you left a bad review, we aren't going to fix your car even if you decide to pay us, you will have until the end of business today to pick up your car or we will have it towed out of the yard." So instead of taking the bad review and fixing the problem their mechanic created they failed to do anything about it and then proceeded to threaten and insult me. They are the ones who should fix the broken sensor, their employee broke it. But Chad who represents the company doesn't stand by the product they sell and now refuses to fix the vehicle even though it is under warranty. He says the stability control sensor isn't part of the warranty, I disagree plus his mechanic broke it, they should have fixed it. And now they have threatened a customer instead of being a stand-up company. I would never recommend that anyone bring their vehicle here to be fixed.

  They came exactly when they said would come.  Best part about it was it didn't cost me anything because my insurance covered.  The guy was nice and even told good jokes while he was working.

  I test drove a used car on September 14th. The car was in decent shape and the price as a little high but not awful. I was able to negotiate a hundred off with the sales man.  It did however have a couple of lights that were on on the dashboard and I asked for those to be investigated and off before I purchased the car.  I needed financing so could not purchase the car that day as it was Saturday.  
  He agreed and said that while he would be on vacation the following week, that he would have his shop look at the car.  He would inform the person covering for him of the situation and all I had to do was call to tell them what day I would like to pick the car up.  I left a deposit and went on my way.
  I gave them a couple of days and called on Tuesday to ask if I could pick up the car on the following day, Wednesday.  I was told that it was not ready and would not be ready.  I then asked about Friday and was told with a laugh "Well, I don't know about Friday, I'll let you know."
  On Friday at 8:00 AM  I called and asked again if the car was ready. I was informed that someone would definitely call me by noon to fill me in. No one did. At 2 PM I called and again was informed that the vehicle was not ready. I asked what the issue was and the salesman did not know. He stated that he wasn't sure if they were backed up or if it was taking a while to prepare the car.  At that point I let him know that if it was not going to be ready by the following day that I would be by for my deposit.  I later received a call that it would not be ready and might be ready Monday.
  I walked away from the sale a full week later with no real explanation as to why the car was not ready.  Extremely poor customer service, evasive when asked clarifying questions and not proactive in finding out what held up the car. A tremendous disappointment for a local business.

  Great business.  Will do business with them again.  The only down sides are they are expensive (as most dealers are) and they are so overwhelmed with business they can not get to your vehicle any time soon if it is a tow in.  It took almost 1.5 weeks for them to look at the vehicle.  If it was an appointment there would not have been any issue though.

  lMark, the owner, is responsive, affable, competent and professional.  He has previously worked on this and my other vehicle.  The work was done well and in a timely manner, given the volume of work he has.  He's a good diagnostician and has the patience to sit down and listen to the customer's explanation of the problem and symptoms.  If he was a doctor ( which I guess he is, in a way), one would comment on his good bedside (carside?) manner.

  I know just enough about cars to know when a service is superior -and
  David provides a truly exceptional service. I came across his Angie's
  List coupon when searching for a contractor for my house. I had it on my
  list to get the cars cleaned, and decided to try Vermont Mobile
  Detailing. The owner David Land is very professional. Making an
  appointment was very easy -and he showed up when he said he would. He
  has a fully equipped mobile center, including his own water! Before I
  address the quality of the work, I should note that the detailing shops
  I've used in the past were much more expensive (Bayside Car Wash and
  AutoMaster) for a full detailing than Vermont  Mobile Detailing.
  Consequently I expected a "light" detailing. Instead, it was a complete
  and thorough shampoo and detailing of the car -inside and out. Even the
  engine bay was detailed (a surprise bonus). The cars looked new when he
  was done. An incredible value -thanks Vermont Mobile Detailing!

  Called on Friday. Made appt. for Monday. Norm Sr. was very personable. He gave my car a through inspection and was done in a flash. He answered my questions about a few of the unique cars on the lot. He very patiently answered and seemed to enjoy sharing his knowledge. Referring my son for some work.   Dave showed up as promised.  Cleaned the outside and inside of my car and van and did a very professional job.  He shampoo  the carpets, detailed the insides, washed and waxed the outside.  I will use Dave if I need this process completed in the future.

  They are really good. It is much better than going to the dealership. Their services are reliable. It is hard to get in with a Volkswagen and an Audi, and you can get right in for a service. That is huge. They used to work for a dealership. So, they are certified to work on Audi and Volkswagen. They are rated with Audi and Volkswagen. They are also Bosch certified, so they sell their parts. I also had my tires changed there; their prices are just really good. There is nothing they do wrong. They do everything awesome; I recommend them all the time.
