  • It went great! The team of four plus Mr Cooper arrived exactly when they said they would and there were no slow downs or complications in removing the rock , repaving, and sharpening/straightening the margins of the driveway. I am really pleased and was assured by Mr Cooper that there is a five year guarantee on their work. All in all, it’s been a great day!

  • I would not be using them if they didn't earn A's. I keep using them because they are very responsive when I call and request a service. They alert me when it's time for my service call for the boiler. They are punctual. They get the job done and get out of here kinda thing. They are very competent at what they do.

  • Very well. Fixed what he could (one burner needs replacing. Put a temporary fix on the lock lever and fixed the drain on the dishwasher. Will get back to us on the cost of the lever and let us know if it's worth fixing. He is very professional, friendly and the cost was very reasonable.

  • It went fine, and they did a thorough and good job. However, when I inquired again a couple months later to have the same services performed, all of a sudden their rates were 2-3x what they had been before. I was told that they had no choice but to raise their rates, as they were losing money. Even worse, I was insulted as being a "problem" customer, since I had simply asked them to provide more detail on their previous invoice. Granted, I had not confirmed their rates in advance on the previous job, but when I got an invoice with a simple flat rate, all I wanted to know was where that number came from -- what hourly rate and how many hours? Is that unreasonable? I have such a bad taste in my mouth dealing with these people -- so rude and unprofessional. They seem to ignore the idea that the customer should always come first. The customer is why they are even in business. There are better providers out there; don't give your business to Independent Landscape & Property Management until they prove that they deserve it. I sure did not have a a good experience and won't use them again.

  • Initially, it went well, albeit overpriced. Once the modular units were set though, problems cropped up and were not addressed in a timely matter if at all. After a few months of delays and mistakes, the subcontractors started quitting, leaving a lot of loose ends. Drew just made excuses and more promises that were not kept. Since I prepaid for a lot of work that was incomplete, I am trying to recover some of my losses in the form of a refund. Apparently other clients have had a similar experience, and Drew changed the name of the business and moved to New Hampshire.

  • Renew roof showed up on time as promised. They explained to me what they would do and how they would do it. They covered my bushes and plants to protect them from the chemicals. There was absolutely no damage from the treatment. They went about their business and quickly removed all of the stains and streaks from the roof. I had unsuccessfully tried to remove the stains myself prior to hiring them. It was a relief to have someone else dealing with work that is high off the ground. They were professional and I would recommend them for cleaning roofs. I don't know how their cost compares to other companies. The black streaks made my roof look much older than it is. This is a lot of money to me, but it makes my roof look like new and it protects the roof from damage from growth of moss. if it prevents the streaks from coming back, I will be pleased.

  • I searched for local furniture repair service providers and one of the top business names that came up on the google search engines was Omondi woodworking, llc. After calling them, a technician scheduled an appointment to come evaluate my job the next day and  i was given a quote and the following day the sleeper sofa was completely repaired. The service was timely and the technician demonstrated a highly level of professionalism. I will highly recommend Omondi Woodworking, LLC and i will use them again for my furniture repairs/refinishing.

  • Karl showed up on time and was nice and professional.  He found no plumbing issues and informed me that the water damage was most likely coming from the seal around the tub and not the pipes.
    I'm going to call them when I'm ready to renovate the bathroom completely.

  • After the replacement, the defroster did not work.  They very reluctantly replaced it again. Still did not work properly.  I insisted they to use a Toyota window instead of the cheap ones they were using. They finally did it, but they were not nice about it at all.  Considering that the Toyota window cost about $100 and they were billing my insurance company $450, you would expect them to be nicer about it.
