After the replacement, the defroster did not work.  They very reluctantly replaced it again. Still did not work properly.  I insisted they to use a Toyota window instead of the cheap ones they were using. They finally did it, but they were not nice about it at all.  Considering that the Toyota window cost about $100 and they were billing my insurance company $450, you would expect them to be nicer about it.

They are extremely attentive to any recalls or problems that might be going on. They were extremely on top of everything and they apologized for the extra time it was going to take. They told us exactly when to come back for the next oil change, because it was synthetic oil. We didn't have to pay a cent for anything and they did a fabulous job. They cleaned out the car. They were just awesome.

We had an older, foreign car that needed a state inspection sticker, but this guy wouldn't give us one without first replacing the entire exhaust system to the tune of many thousands of dollars.  That was well beyond our budget; well beyond the value of the car.  We were disappointed that he didn't offer us any alternatives, so we went elsewhere and managed to get the car patched up long enough to dispose of it.  It's his prerogative to set the standard for which cars get inspection stickers at his station and which ones do not, but nonetheless, he could have been more helpful.

I called to make an appointment for an inspection and they had an opening that afternoon.  They're very efficient.  Got the car in and out in no time, kept it clean, explained what they'd done and didn't advise that car needed any additional repair or service (which it didn't).  I've had snow tires put on here and other tire issues resolved in the past.  The waiting room is ancient, but clean, and there are lots of magazines.  I believe they offer a shuttle-type service and possibly loaner vehicles for services that require longer time.  All and all, this business does exactly what you need, quickly and efficiently.

We have a maintenance plan that we purchased with the vehicle, so we don't have to pay out of pocket for much of anything making it difficult to say whether the prices here are honestly fair. That said, however, there are no other Toyota dealerships in our area, so there's no comparing. The service team here is usually relatively professional (although I wondered if the man behind the counter that morning was under the weather -- he kept repeating the same questions and then forgetting the answers and he didn't look well). They take payment at a separate counter where the cashier is very efficient if not terribly polite. We've never needed any complicated repairs, but the regularly scheduled maintenance visits go well and the car runs well. They offer a free car wash which is a nice addition. And they also offer free WiFi plus a place to plug in -- makes the waiting time less onerous.

The only con: the service clerk didn't seem to understand my request for an update for our GPS maps. I thought this was a bit odd since I'd recently received a notice from Toyota stating that I really needed to update the maps. Eventually, while explaining what the services performed, the clerk mentioned that they hadn't really been able to tell if the maps needed updating, that they may have used the wrong software, but they thought they had it right.

They did not. The maps seem to have reverted to even older maps and now the GPS on our vehicle is essentially without value. I rely on my iPad GPS now so it hasn't been a problem, but I thought it very odd that this problem proved to be such a mystery for them. When I'm next in a city with a larger Toyota dealership, I'll take the car there and have the maps updated. To 2013.

Oh wait, a second con: their restrooms are atrociously dirty. Avoid that area if you can.

Every thing that Fletchers did on my cars was great they always figured out the problems let me know whether they could fix it if not the knew where to send me. They are all very good mechanics

I recommend them. They are honest. They don't do repairs that aren't necessary. They try to do the repairs as inexpensively as they can. They are friendly, flexible and professional. They do the job right. I am planning to use them again.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and did the work the day I brought the car in. They made no attempts to find other things wrong with the car to increase the charges, as I have experienced in other repair shops, especially new car dealers. Also, they are easy to work with, and eager to please.
