From start to finish Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads proved why they are consistently rated the highest of all roofing companies in our area. Our initial call was with Heather who was very welcoming and patiently answered all of our questions. From there, Jeremy came out to look at our roof and provided us with a well rounded list of options for both price and quality for us to chose from. We were so taken with how professional this process started out that we looked no further for estimates. This was our contractor. Roof installation was flawless! We were told to expect crews at our home at 7 a.m. They pulled up at exactly that time and worked tirelessly, in 104 degree heat, to complete the job. The crew was extremely professional and they were a happy crew! So important when you have anyone working on your home is that they are happy. Our home and flowerbeds were protected by tarps and they had someone constantly making certain that any roofing materials (old shingles, nails, paper) were quickly collected and properly disposed of. Our yard was cleaner when they left! Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Every question answered. Every phone call returned. I can wholeheartedly recommend Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads to anyone looking to replace their roof or to have them do any work on their home.- Kristi R.

AQuality Built ExteriorsIt went great. They removed the metal roof that we had on our home for 40 years and replaced it with Owens Corning shingles that look great and put new gutters on. They were on time, did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished.- Chris W.

AAce Home ImprovementsWe recently purchased a house and had the home inspector miss major damage. Some being structural. We had to have called 8 different companies trying to find a contractor to come help us out, with no responses. We filled out Ace’s online questionnaire and within a few days David reached out to us. He was there the next day to get us and estimate. Then came over on a weekend to bring us the contract to sign to be able to start the very next day. He was absolutely wonderful. He came when he said he was, called and stayed in contact the whole way. Gave us his personal number. Even took pictures for us throughout the job to be able to hopefully use to go after the people who missed this and tried to cover it up. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work on our house. It was done quickly and looks beautiful. Our house is now structurally sound and we can feel safe having our kids in the home. The quality of the work and people, outstanding. Thank you David and Ace for everything!!!- Elizabeth K.

DI would never hire them again. They give no notification, just show up. They will promise you anything that sounds good. Jesse (owner) really doesn't care if you're happy with the end result and he's a liar. During the job, workers left trash (empty water bottles, empty boxes from nails, rolls of nails, cigarette butts, empty cement bags) and debris all over my yard EVERYDAY as well as my neighbors. According to Jesse "That's how we always do it, we don't clean up until the job is done". My old fence sat on my front yard for 4 days before they removed it. The people installing the fence decided my door should go on the right side instead of the left, where I wanted it, because it was easier for them. One entire side of my fence was installed backwards because F me...it was easier for them to do it that way and clearly that is what's important to Jesse, the happiness of his contracted employees. My fence hasn't been up a year and I already had to replace one of the boards. Worse experience. In the pictures you can see the smooth side of the fence which should be facing my neighbors yard. I actually hate walking into my backyard because the fence is an eye sore for me.

AAbsolutely first class! My roof and gutters are beatiful and should last a long long time. In fact, they gave me a transferable 25-year 100% warranty and a lifetime materials warranty. They were very professional, great attention to detail, and immediately addressed all my concerns. They were not the cheapest roofers....but they are the best value if you want a long-lasting roof.

AOn Sunday, my wife and I were participating in a Zoom Church meeting and heard water dripping. A large oak behind our house had dropped a limb and perforated our roof. I immediately went on line to locate a reputable roofing business. Within minutes RVA Building Pros called and scheduled a free estimate the following day. Over the next couple of days I contacted other roofers for competing estimates. RVA was the best offer and began moving supplies and equipment that Thursday. They began work on Friday and completed the house on Saturday. RVA did an outstanding job using the latest in roofing technologies and techniques. I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work force. We clearly made the right choice by choosing RVA Building Pros.
