  Easy to work with. Tough to get in touch with occasionally as they're very busy, but always called back fairly quick regarding posed questions. Slight adaptation to play for pipe under driveway as it's wide, so piped around house through back yard (so potential for future expansion) with no price change. Job done fairly quickly and the guys were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with questions & inquiries. Provided quick hands-on demo of programming and describing functionality of system. First winterization included with install. Very satisfied so far, especially given the special timed pricing, which happened to be $300 less than nearest competitor.

  Blake and his crew did a fairly big job for us. They did a superb job, and their cleanup afterward was fantastic. He did exactly what he said he would do, and I especially appreciate the way he kept in touch with updates during weather delays. Wholeheartedly recommend Bayview Tree Service!

  RAINMAKER IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

  Our system was put in 20+ years ago. Rainmaker has maintained and serviced our system every year since then. They come out in the fall to winterize and again in the spring to get your system going. The only major repair we've ever needed is when Verizon came through digging and damaged our system. Rainmaker was quick to address and fix the problem. They take a lot of pride in their work. They're an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

  They appear to be an outstanding company. Rep was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. On-time appointment for review of lawn area in order to provide best quote solution. Timely responses and contact. Would be a great choice. Might just be a one-time deal this particular situation/time...I just couldn't pass up an offer that outbid them and other company quotes by few hundred dollars, though their quote was second best price and not quite as far off. Will definitely consider them for potential future yard/lawn work though.

Would be a great choice, especially since they were recommended by 5 Brothers, currently scheduled to re-seed lawn, as 5 Brothers doesn't do lawn irrigation anymore and works with them for this function. Might just be a one-time deal this particular situation/time...I just couldn't pass up an offer that outbid them and other company quotes by few hundred dollars. Will definitely consider them for potential future yard/lawn work though.

  They do a good job. Later on, we had drainage problems so they graded it for us and put in a drain pipe. They guaranteed we would not have any standing water. Their word ended up to be true. Even in the torrential rains we do not have any standing water at all. We would use them again.

  Walt's Tree & Stump Removal LLC

  Walt came out to quote the job the day after I called. Then his team showed up on the appointed day on time and ready to work. They did a great job. I was very pleased. They tied off everything and made sure that each piece fell as planned. They cut the pieces into lengths we could work with to turn into fire wood. They were very careful about setting pieces on the roof and then lowering to the ground.

  RAINMAKER IRRIGATION SYSTEMS

  I've used this company for several years now. Unfortunately this year I have not received service. I think the company went out of business since my emails are not responded to and the numbers listed are bad. I have no way of telling though if they are in business, only that the annual opening has not been done, no one responds, and I paid for it months ago.
