ACrawl MastersDave and his crew arrived as schedule; completed the work quickly and efficient. After the work was completed, Dave suggested I view the completed work with him in the crawl space. He thoroughly explained the repairs and replacements completed during his final inspection to receive my approval. After the work was completed, I can open and close my upstairs master bedroom door and bathroom door without it striking the door jab and the downstairs floor is leveled. ACrawl MastersOutstanding. Immediate response when I called to set up an appointment. Came out to the house the same day! Started work on date/time scheduled and finished on time as well. Cleaned out the crawl space, removed old poly, debris, insulation and hauled away. Installed new 6mil poly and staked down. Workers were very professional and respectful of property and space. AThe Drying CoOverall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached...- Michael T.

AJES Foundation RepairWe had two crews one that worked on pin points and lifted our chimney, they worked in the rain and completed this job in one day. The second crew used three days for full insulation and dehumidifier insulation in our crawl space and repaired water damaged board subfloor. Really productive crew and professional. I’m still waiting on my chimney to be caulked. Thanks for a getting us done in an efficient time. DThe Drying CoI was able to get an appointment and estimate but could never get the work scheduled. I contacted them twice, to approve and schedule the work but was left hanging. I don't understand why they would want to follow through to do a job.- David N.

He provided a quote instantly that was below others, and even said that he would inspect all of the air ducts to make sure that they were properly sealed, Usually, insulation jobs are messy, but they made sure everything was sealed up when they sprayed and there was no mess at all. Miguel and the crew arrived to begin the job at the scheduled time and date. They were prompt and worked tirelessly to get the job completely done. AJudy Sweetland educated us on all of our options when we suddenly had to replace a leaking gas hot water heater. She priced and explained the pricing and installation requirements on different options-tankless, high efficiency and standard models. Judy also checked to see if there were any current rebates available. All of this research and install was done within a day. We appreciated the fast service since we were without hot water, and we felt confident in our decision. The technicians wore masks and disinfected everything that they touched, due to Coronavirus, They were professional and knowledgeable. We are likely to use them for other projects. APhil Carter, president of the company, contacted us within a day of leaving a message on his answering machine explaining the issues. His foreman, David, was out to my house within a week, to assess the situation. Prior to AIG, we had dealt with another company in the fall/winter of 2018 because of the same issue but clearly it went only partly resolved. This company came back and evaluated the situation again at which time we were told we now had structural damage to our foundation that would require pilings. We are so very fortunate to have gotten another opinion. David immediately told us that we absolutely did not have structural damage to our foundation but definitely had moisture issues that could be rectified by extending the underground downspout to include the back right corner and to add a moisture barrier to the crawlspace underneath the affected part of our house. Prior to the work being done, the humidity levels in the affected part of our home stayed in the high 90's. We agreed to have the work done and within 24hours, the hygrometer reading dropped to 40% and has remained in the 40's consistently since that time. Both David and Phil have called a few times since the work was done to check on the humidity readings. Our floors are almost flat again, but unfortunately, the sub flooring is permanently damaged from moisture and will have to be replaced. David will come back next spring to evaluate the crawl space making sure the moisture issue has resolved before the next phase begins.

AWilliamsburg Maintenance did an outstanding repair in our shower. Initial tiling (less than 3 years ago) was poorly done and there was water damage to the flooring underneath the shower. W'burg Maintenance's crew was absolutely professional and their attention to detail was amazing! The job was done right and matched the estimate for the repairs.
