    Installation went pretty well. Initial couple slight glitches with small gate on difficult sloped ground (could've been alleviated if Lowe's included them in initial assessment or workers notified me during installation to change that part) & couple areas where horizontal beams would slide out of fence posts during higher winds, but they responded rapidly, coordinated & made improvements in quick professional manner. Overall very good job.

    Woodard's Fence Installation
    I enjoyed working with Mr. Woodard. The job did have one hiccup. The survey flag had been moved at some point and unfortunately his crew used that flag to mark the property line instead of digging up the survey marker. This caused the fence on one side to be off of the property line by about 18 inches.
    Ultimately, Mr. Woodard and I were able to work it out and everyone left satisfied, including my neighbor, and the homeowners association.
    That one issue aside, his work is top quality. I love my fence, and I'd hire Mr. Woodard again in a heartbeat. He did another job shortly after for a house a few doors down and they told me they had a good experience also.

    He beat Lowes and Home depots estimate, by over a $1000  and come to find out that the 6' fence that was sold to my neighbors by Lowes was actually only 5'8". you can tell when you look at mine next to his. Additionally he included better door hardware and locks than were offered by Lowes. Mark is a great contractor and is very punctual. He said he would be there within 3 days to do the job, and he was. If you want a fencing job... he is the person to go to! He will be the person I use when I do my back patio!

    We received several estimates for this work, and Done Right came in below the others, and they agreed to just repair the fence at the back of the property instead of replacing it, plus they allowed us to do our own demolition work, which saved us additional money. Although they got off to somewhat of a rocky start (cross boards were affixed at a noticeable slant on the first side they put up, and had to be taken off and reattached), all in all they did a great job at a very competitive price.

    The previous home owner had some amazing flower and garden beds.  Flower beds on all sides of the house, around the fence, around the trees in the front yard and raised vegetable garden beds in the back yard.

    Unfortunately, our schedules do not allow us the time for that kind of upkeep on in the yard.  We then had Lawncare Of Hampton Roads come out and give us an estimate on cleaning up the front yard.  Once we agreed to use their services, they came by, performed the work exactly as requested and quoted and did such an amazing job cleaning up after themselves we wouldn't have even known they were there.  (Minus the cleared gardens of course).

    Their service was very prompt, a quick turn around time, and outstanding results.

    We will be using them again in the future.

    First it was a delay in the bathroom tiles that was ordered through Lowes ( no fault to the contractor (Tim)).  Stayed constance contact with Tim when the order had arrived for pick up,  Once the title arrived contacted Tim.  But before I got into my disappointment of Tim, I want to pass on kudos to James who worked the hardest completing the major project?installing three bathroom tiles pretty much by himself. 
    Major issue I had with Tim and his crew was punctuality.  When I was told on the 29 Sep on what time he will pick up the title from Lowes and arrived at my residence was 9-9:30.  Well Tim didn't arrived until after 1:00pm .  I had to contacted him to find out his whereabouts and I was told about his delayed.  When he arrived, again another mixed up in order to begin work.  It was a miscommunication on his part which cause another delay in work.  I could go on and on about my dissatisfaction in Tim.  But what I will stay my project started on 29 Sep and didn't complete the project (s) until 9 Oct, at which I still have a few unfinished work in the last bathroom.  I contacted him on the 10 Oct via texted and to date I haven't received a response.  Now it's 22 Oct and Tim haven't returned my text nor has he contacted me to make sure I was completely satisfied.
    From the beginning 29 Sep, my residence was left for several days of a family of four using 1 bathroom.  From the time he started, Tim was never on time and when he arrived late in the day, he only spent several hours on the project.  The only time he spent from more than several hours was on 9 Oct when he was working on the last bathroom and wanted to received his final payment.
    Several times, Tim left the residences and left one or two of his team to work.  I will stay James and Scott worked very hard but yet I was still unhappy with the length of completing my projects.  All of the workers smoke and of course they smoke outside but left their butts on my premises.  They cleaned up their work/materials but not their butts.
    Very friendly and nice guys, but work time spent could have been completed sooner and punctually was very poor!
    I was considering requesting his services again, but I decided not to.

    I had two ceiling fans that need to be installed and I purchased the deal on Angie's list for ceiling fan installation. The provider came
    right on time and installed the fans with no problem. While they were here I mentioned that some of the screen windows need to be replaced. They gave a price and said "it doesn't matter how long it takes, the price you paid will cover all screen windows."  They came at a later day and indeed, took off at least 5 screen windows, went to HomeDepot to purchase the parts (parts cost was separate), then came back and worked the whole morning.  While they were here I was also working in the garage, and they were generous to lend me a drill charger (I was organizing the garager and the charger was no where to be found) and a level (I didn't have one).  By 1pm they either made new or fixed the old screen windows.  And I was even able to keep their charger for three more days until I got my own. I was very happy with their work and will contact them again if I need handyman help.

    They did a good job and I like them. They are very personable. They are willing to work with me to get a better price because the initial estimate was higher. I told him that I really like to go with you because you have an A rating and I want to do business with you but you have the highest estimate. He said, "Let me see if I can find a less expensive fence to work with." and he did. He came up with one and it is beautiful. He did a good work and I am completely happy with it.

    They were on time, professional, did work in a timely fashion. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were apologetic because they had to return to complete door installation, not because of their error. More importantly, the job was done correctly!! Will use them again, and refer them to friends! Price was fair.

    Process went very well. Sales person was punctual and very helpful with suggestions and options. It was helpful that he had many different pictures to show us on his iPad. It's nice to see local installations and not just pamphlets. We had a number of questions about type of wood and styles, and he seemed knowledgable about the company's products.
    The price was excellent. We got three other bids, all far more, and the discussions with those companies were not at the same level of professionalism as with this company.
    The work was very good. It was performed by two younger guys. They were polite, punctual, and appeared to have done a good job.
    The scheduling could have been better. On one occation, I received an e-mail in the morning that the workmen would be out shortly to start the work. The back yard area needed to be cleared first, and I told him that was not enough notice, so it was held for a few days. I know the work time can change, but two hours notice is not enough. The work started a week later.
    I put in a four foot gate on one site, and a five foot gate on another. When the work was done, neigher was the correct size. When I specified a four or five foot gate, I meant the opening in the door should be that wide. The openings were not within specificiation. I informed the sales person. He replied that the and quot;sizeand quot; is actually from the middle of the post on one site of the door to the middle of the post on the other side of the door. I do not know if that is standard, but my reply was that I specified the openings to be a certain size and that is what I expected. A few days later they workmen came out and corrected the gates. Potential customers, just be certain to be clear on this.
    Very good experience over all. I wish there were follow-up from the salesman though. Even though the work was good, one would expect at least a follow up from the salesperson. After the deposit I had to contact him several times and his response was a little slow. So get all your questions answered first if possible.
