They actually still have my kayak. They're going to patch up the cracks in it. It had a crack in it, actually the manufacture is going to fix it for me. They negotiated with the manufacture, so they're still fixing my kayak. The estimate is $313 and the other one is $449, so there's two items, one for the bottom portion of the kayak and then one part for the top. They were recommended by someone. Sometimes I had to reach out for them. They were very pleasant, he was nice, answered all of the questions that I had. He helped me take my kayak down off the roof of my car. Overall they were nice, answered all of my questions , were informative and gave me the estimate. Good experience so far.

didn't. Called them to get help booking a trip, and they told me they would call back and never did. Called them three weeks later to start the process again. Setting up a trip requires an in-person appointment. Annoying, but okay, fine. The kicker - $200 'consulting fee' just to become a client. That's not to book anything at all. That's just $200 to get loads of complicated information like my name, address, and phone number added to their system. No thanks. They were very professional on the phone and up front about the costs, which was nice.

That went good except for the way back when they had a problem with the time but the pick up was great at the house. So I've reset that for October. This is the first time I've had any problem with them. For some reason they had the arrival time at 9:00 pm instead of at 9:00 am. Except for that, they've done great work. Basically they realized it was their mistake so they just gave me a credit so that will be part of my October trip. They charge about a hundred bucks, the 70 plus 25 or so. It is just one way. It's a little bit the same as a taxi from here, I've used both. It's just a nicer way to travel.

Overall it was a good experience and the service provided was as expected.  The only real downside is that I had to call to find out where the bus was because they were running about 20 min late due to traffic.  No one called me to inform me that they were running behind.  Not entirely the fault of the bus driver, but it is something that could have been planned for a bit better.  If the group had a hard start and stop time, it might have been an issue.
Outside of that, the bus was as advertised, the driver courteous, and everyone was pleased with the level of service provided.

I was very happy with the service and their flexibility. The driver provided me with phone and email contact information so that I could set up return pick-up before I left my international location.

Being new to boat ownership, I was searching for a marine mechanic close to home. This shop does business the old fashion way. The buyer and the seller come to terms on what needs to be done and an approximate cost for the service. Handwritten work orders, two mechanics, an answering machine and lot full of boats. You leave your boat and periodically check in on the status. I had a long list of items that made for a good winter project. October and November are big months for people winterizing their boats, so be prepared to wait at that time of the year for service. So far, the boat has been winterized and shrink wrapped. Having twin engines and a large fishing boat, the cost for winterizing and shrink wrapping adds up quickly. In my price comparisons, the price is in line with the price charged by other marinas. Winterizing and shrink wrapping are pretty commonplace services.

I'm updating my post now that spring is arriving and repairs are progressing. The old adage of "Good, Fast and Cheap", pick two because you can't have all three is applicable to Swift Marine. The quality of the work is good. The price is reasonable. If you need something fast, you're probably not going to be happy. That said, if the "Fast Repair" item is relatively small, you might make it to the front of the line.

I had a laundry list of things that I needed fixed. My trailer needed lights, guide posts, winch, and tilt repairs. My boat needed electrical, fuel, engine, fiberglass, and cosmetic repairs. I'm satisfied with every item that's been repaired.

All this said, the owner is a genuine as they come. He treats every boat as if it were his when he makes recommendations on repairs. It's funny, one item that I wanted replaced was a little pricey. He wanted me to send the item back because he thought it was too much to spend on that particular part. This is a little gem of a repair shop that takes one day at a time. The work comes in and goes out at a steady pace. They know what they're doing, and the price is fair. I'm glad that I took my boat to this shop.

Northern Virginia Town Car & Limousine Service
Reserving the limo was a user-friendly process and they confirmed right after I made the reservation and within 48 hours of my departure. Payment was simple -- deposit up front and pay balance to the driver with a credit card.  A lovely experience.  I would definitely use them again.

Going to the cruise the driver was very professional and upbeat, but he was late.  However, he got us to our destination on time.  The caveat being that he had to exceed the posted speed limit to do so.  The driver on the way back was on time, professional and was waiting for us when we got off the cruise.  We were very happy with him.

    Lisa's Elite Sedans LLC
Fabulous!! This was my third time using this service. Boris arrived early in a detailed luxury SUV and quickly tended to our needs. He loaded our luggage, welcomed us as guests, provided us with ancillary services ( beverages, reading materials, etc) and started off our journey in style. We arrived at the airport on time and relaxed, which set expectations for our return. During our return trip, our expectations were exceeded. Boris patiently waited for us to clear customs, picked us up curbside, and safely navigated us through traffic back to our home. Throughout our experience, Boris was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. We will definitely use Lisa's Elite Sedans service again! Thank you for continuing to provide an exceptional quality of service!

I have used Elite for nearly 6 years now for both personal trips and business.  I could not be happier. It is a first-class operation from the quality of the vehicles, to the promptness of pickup, to the courtesy of all of the operators. Despite the trials of a 30-mile or so trip in D.C./I-95 traffic, they have never left me hanging. Additionally, several times they have supported me on very short-notice requests and always track my airline so they are abreast of the latest changes. Excellent operation!
