    Frontpoint is great. I switched from ADT whom I used for 16 years. Frontpoint guarantees that their rate will not increase (ADT went up about 150% in 16 years). The entire system is cell phone based. Customer service is superb and very knowledgeable. I got the great package deal from Angie's List and was able to customize my system a la carte based on my needs. After about 5 months, I am very happy!

    The Vivint professional showed up at the designated time. He was courteous and very professional. He did some extras simply because they needed to be done at no extra charge like updating system software and settings. The new window sensors are nicely installed and do not stand out in an obtrusive way.

    Was interested for a new home that we were having built.  Felt a bit of pressure signing up to take advantage of the deal, but since there was still time to change my mind, went ahead.  After further research with the existing system that was coming with the new home (builder would not remove it), this system would not allow me to leverage what was already available, so I returned the deal.  
    If we could've used this in conjunction with our hard wired system, we would have had the perfect solution.  Unfortunately, it was an all or nothing situation and did not want to the have the system that came with the house go to waste.
    Return and cancellation was simple.  Overall happy with their level of customer service.

    The sales rep was polite and knowledgeable.  Of course, she tried to sell add-ons that we didn't feel were needed, but that's her job so no problem.  Installed was great; gave thorough instructions on using the control panel.

    I had a contract with this provider at another location. I moved and asked that the security system to be moved. The provider told me that I had to renew a three year contract in order for the security system to be moved. Since the system was installed in the new location, it hasn't worked. I am very dissatisfied with this provider and there have been no results since I contacted them. They offered to refund me a month charge but what does that do for me? My home is not secure. They sent me a new control panel but I am expected to install it myself. The signals are not reaching them so in case of an emergency, they cannot help me.

    I was contacted by customer service the same day to verify and to offer options for swapping out sensors included in the package in case it did not fit my needs. The system arrived quickly and was easy to install. Calling the activation number was simple and the process took less than an hour to completely set up the new security system. This system is easier to use than my older model ADT system and I am getting so much more in terms of monitoring for the same price as my old system. I highly recommend paying the additional for access to the website and app, as they have made me feel my home is both more secure and that I can keep track of what is going on when I am not home.

    Purchased one of Angie's Special Deal's for the Frontpoint's Ultimate Home Security System package for $199 (plus some extra $ for additional sensors I wanted) on a 36-months contract. The security system arrived within a couple of days, was professionally packaged and already Frontpoint pre-tested. The installation was effortless. Once all my sensors were installed, I called Frontpoint and a technician tested the system for me, activated it and provided a quick tutorial on arming and disarming procedures. All went smoothly. The entire security system is made in Mexico and is very well built. GE uses high-quality components so the equipment's value is undoubtedly there. Bottom line: high-quality equipment, very reliable, has a built-in 24-hour battery back-up for the Control Panel in case of a power outage (awesome feature for a peace of mind when away on vacation) but I highly recommend folks gets themselves an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to provide you several days worth of juice in case of a long-term power outage! Customer service (specifically Mohamed Bennani) is exceptionally good and very responsive. You send Frontpoint an e-mail be ready to receive a response within minutes...not hours or days. Kudos for a job well done!

    The big deal turned out well, we were very pleased. They have a user friendly website and the instructions were clear, and easy to understand. I had to pay a fee with the county that I live in, for registering the alarm, and the number of people in the household with the police, so that if anything happens they know what is going on. I can go on to the website and buy additional things a la carte, so I bought a keychain where I can arm and disarm the alarm with my keychain. I would recommend this to anybody. What the big bucks companies charge you and what they charge you is like night and day, and then you have to sign a contract, and they send a technician, and they come and do wiring and drill holes. With these guys you can move it with you when you move, or you can just end it. They make it really easy. I accidently set it off, and they called. They give you a 2 week period where they expect new owners to make a mistake or forget the code, and they call you, and you have to give the secret code which you have to give, and if they suspect any foul play, they call the police. They called within 20 or 30 seconds.
