AGreat Falls Septic Service IncAlmost universally speaking, septic problems on weekends are never a good thing. Our basement started flooding and we discovered it as a septic issue. I started calling around — most businesses could not help until several days later. I finally called Josh at Great Falls Septic’s emergency line. He came quickly and had a swift plan of attack upon arrival. He give me the rundown of the problem, and gave us advice on how to avoid issues in the future. Josh was reliable, smart, skilled and honest. And well priced. I can not say enough good things about josh and Great Falls Septic. AD A Sensenig t/a Frederick Septic1/1/21 new years day I woke up and had my septic backing up in my house I got on the phone calling around to see who could come out today the only people who even answered the phone was Frederick septic company when they answered I told them what was going on and he asked if I was capable of getting my septic lids open I said yes he gave me his personal cellphone number and told me to call him back when I have it open and when I called back he walked me through how to get my septic open and drain it out of the house never once tried to sell me a service I didn't need I will forever be using Frederick septic co- Tyler s.

AGreat Falls Septic Service IncGreat Falls Septic pumped out our septic tank and they did a great job! Kurt was the service technician that came out and he was so polite and professional and called me before he headed our way and arrived right on time. He even took photos of where the tank head was located as we could not remember, and texted them to me. He gave us advice on things to do to help keep build up from occurring which I really appreciated. We had another company pump out our tank the previous time and they were terrible. AA&A SepticAbout five years ago, I had alarms going off on my septic system. I told the contractor to go ahead and do what needed to be done on the system. This was a highly recommended company online. They replaced both pumps and the electrical panel I called them again when the system failed with alarms on the panel. They came out and told me that they needed to replace basically everything but the motors. I call A & A for a second opinion. It was good I did. Rick Aits and his associate came out in one day. After about a half-hour of expert troubleshooting. Rick identified and isolated the cause of the problem. It's obvious that his knowledge and 40 years of experience really made the difference. I should also mention that he was very courteous and professional, but what blew me away that when I gave him a check for the amount of the estimate, he told me I overpaid. No contractor ever did that for me in my 64 years on this earth. I hope that whoever is reading this called A & A. I don't want to sound like a commercial. If you're like me you take reviews with a grain of salt. (Because no one wants to say anything negative). This five-star review should be ten stars because their off the charts good.- Rick S.

AR&E CHIEF SEPTIC LLCI called 3 local companies and Angie called me back at 6 (after hours) and I left message at 5:15. I had raw sewage leaking in my house and explained issue and Edgar came out first thing in the morning the next day which was Thursday. They quickly started on Saturday. I spent $2300 but boy did they earn every bit of it. Edgar was very fair, honest and incredibly helpful. The most important thing of all is that I trusted him and he delivered on his word. AThe company responded quickly to my call about the leaking pipe. After removing a section of the ceiling drywall, a leaking T-junction and adjacent pipe were replaced. A month later, another slow leak was detected about a foot further along the pipe from the original repair. Charles Murphy company replaced this leaky section at a reduced cost for the second service call. The repairs are sound, with no leaks from any of the repaired junctions.

AThis is a great company. I called them because my septic alarm had been going off all weekend and they came out the same day. They found the issue was a broken check valve. The gentleman who came out showed me the problem, explained what was going on so I could understand and gave me some options. He had to go to the store twice for parts since the they gave him the wrong size part for one of the issues. He worked for several hours to resolve my problem so that we were able to use our system that same day. His price was reasonable and he was very professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
