    Craft, Dr. George F
Dr. Craft failed to listen to me. The exam was rushed and not as gentle as I felt it could have been. He immediately starting talking about surgical options, and talked down about the therapy I wanted to try first. He prescribed medication, which after reading up about it, can cause the exact pain and symptoms i went in to see him about. I felt like he wanted to "sell" me a hysterectomy.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Chadduck but first I had to be evaluated Tammy which I think is just a way to get more money from us. I arrived on time and waited for 90 minutes at which time I asked when I would be seen and they told me that they had another person ahead of me. I told them that I wasn't waiting any longer and if they cannot manage their time than cancel my appointments. They made all sorts of excuses but my time is just as valuable as theirs. Waste of my time. I should bill them my my loss time from my business!

    Dr. Alex Gorenshtein
The office was very nice and the staff was all friendly and very helpful. I was seen in a timely manner and seen on time. Dr.Gorenshtein was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions. He was also great at educating me in things I could do to help also. We are currently working on treatment and plans for getting me back on my feet. He has a very good sense of humor which makes you feel at home and not quite so nervous. Office was very nice and modern, and the staff was friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend Dr.Gorenshtein to anyone having a foot or ankle concern. He is wonderful!

    Chesson, Dr. John P
Dr. Chesson performed emergency life-saving procedures for me on October 18, 2015.  On November 16, 2015, I had a pre-op appointment for additional outpatient surgery.  I went to that session thinking about nothing but death and expected to have yet another conversation about symptoms, risks, etc.  We did have that conversation, but more.  During my time with Dr. Chesson, he made me realize that I was more than just my symptoms or my illness.  We had a pleasant conversation that reminded me of the reasons I enjoy being in this world.  During that brief appointment session, I started to think that perhaps I should concentrate on that instead of my fixation on dying.  (I wasn't really dying; somehow I just got that in my head and couldn't get it out.)  By the time I left his office and stepped outside in the autumn sunshine, I realized that, not only was I reassured about the success of the upcoming surgery, but also that my depression had lifted a little bit.  Dr. Chesson is not only a truly talented surgeon, but also a very compassionate physician truly attuned to the needs of his patients.

    Apple Blossom Family Practice
We started using Apple Blossom Family Practice after we were married, so back in 2010. At first everything was fine; the office staff were rude, but I loved the doctor I was seeing as well as the nurse, so I could ignore blatant rudeness in order to see the actual care providers I liked. Unfortunately, the doctor I loved was offered a position in her home state, and she moved (not that I blame her). After that I would be assigned with a new doctor, who would only stick around for a few months before they would move on to better opportunities, and the process would start over again.
There was absolutely zero communication between doctors, so most of the time everything was up in the air. Luckily the medications I am on I have been on my entire life, so there really wasn't any concern with changing my dosages around (except one time when one genius thought it would be GREAT to up the milligrams of one of them and I became frighteningly ill). Now, that isn't to say they were actually fulfilling their duties as medical providers. There were several times when they would just neglect to respond to the pharmacy for days before allowing the refill to go through, but with those prescriptions the medications were built up in my system, and while it wasn't exactly fun to be without them for a stretch of time, I wasn't in any danger.
    Until this week.
It is summer, and I am asthmatic. I was born with asthma, and have lived with it my entire life. Furthermore, I have a very difficult to control asthma (even with the help of additional medications), and so this time of year is very hard for me due to the humidity and outdoor allergens of the area. Thus, it is of absolutely no surprise that I need my inhaler simply to live.
I've been using my inhaler a lot lately due to the reasons expressed above, and when I noticed it was getting low (25 puffs left), I called to have it refilled. I saw on the box there weren't any refills available (for crying out loud, seriously?), so I called my pharmacy to have the refill authorized through the office. Now, if you call the nurse's station to get a refill, they simply will not help you and will only tell you to call your pharmacy and have them fax the refill request over to them. So I did, on a Monday. I start to worry as the days tick by and my inhaler is getting lower and lower...still nothing. Luckily my mother has asthma as well (which is where I must get it), and she was kind enough to give me one of her extras. If she hadn't, I would have had to go to the emergency room for treatment, or worse.
By Wednesday the puff count was 00.
Now today, Friday, I went to my pharmacy to get a refill on one of my other medications (that I fortunately did have a refill on) and asked to pick up my inhaler as well. The Pharmacist said they still hadn't heard anything from the doctor's office, and had sent another request again today. I am absolutely, positively, floored. I can't believe any doctor's office would be so incredibly neglectful that they would let something so vitally important "slip". The fact of the matter is my asthma can kill me, and almost has several times in my life. It's not like that information isn't there in my medical history. Thank goodness my mother's doctor provides her with extras, because if not, I would be in the hospital right now. The HOSPITAL because my DOCTOR'S OFFICE doesn't take medical necessities SERIOUSLY.
Unfortunately, this is just the awful experience I have had, this doesn't even touch on my husband and what he has gone through from this office. Now, his medical complaints are his to share or not, but I will say this: they put him on a short-life medication that could kill him if not taken on the dot everyday, then literally forgot to reply to the pharmacist to have it refilled twice. They like to change up his meds every time he goes through the door, so he simply won't go to the doctor unless he has to do so.
The doctor's office is the last place I want to play Russian Roulette with my life. So if you need a doctor, please do yourself and your loved one a favor and stay far, FAR away from Apple Blossom Family Practice.

    Apple Blossom Family Practice
Everything always goes well.  She tells me what I am doing wrong and then tells me what I need to do to correct it.  As with most patients I usually do not listen and have to keep going back.  If I listened to what she says then I would only see her once a year for a physical.

    |WOA is a typical busy group practice, with that bit of feeling like being on an assembly line.  Staff is pleasant, but businesslike.  Waits are not excessive.  (That's one of the up sides to being businesslike.) Once when I was there and some people were waiting longer than usual, a staff person came out and made an announcement explaining the delay and which doctors were running late.  I thought that was very considerate, even though I was not one of the people affected. I also liked that they didn't immediately see surgery as THE solution.  Treatment seems to be helping.  I have nothing to compare them to regarding pricing.  I was pleased that my copay was discussed as part of treatment planning.

Each year my exams have gone well. There is not too long of a wait time prior to being seen, I feel the provider gives me time to express my concerns without being rushed, and I do not feel judged for any unhealthy habits.

    Infectious Diseases Physicians
It was clean. The office administration is nice, understanding and very helpful. I didn't like the physician. He talked to patients like they are very stupid to the point that it is aggravating. I kept explaining to him that I do home dialysis and he seem to not comprehend what I am talking about and kept insisting that I am doing the home-hemo in center. It was very frustrating. When I elaborated what I do and how I do my treatment, he just gave me look that I'm stupid and kept insisting the procedures in the center which I again explained that I don't do dialysis in the center but at home and it is quite different thing. They seem to not know what they suppose to know and do and just assume that you'll be alright with the medication they give you. Unlike other doctors, the doctor I had on this office don't seem to care with their patient and gives random assumptions.

They explained why I am having the lowerback pain and provide a prescription drug to avoid the pain. It was suggested that I consider visiting a chiropractor or a physical trainer. The doctor also showed me different types of stretches and exercise that I can use to strengthen my lower back.
