The work was extensive - they excavated and installed a new egress window, installed new lighting, switches, and outlets, built in a closet, installed and painted new drywall, installed new padding and carpet on the floor. FURR - Was that my property twice this week the first time was to do an inspection on the water heater and they performed a water heater flush and gave me a great deal! They informed me of my unit performance and gave me helpful tips. The second visit was because my Gas furnace was not cycling correctly, the technician came out and promptly fixed the issue, also gave me a fair price, and gave me helpful tips. Will definitely be using them again in the future, for any water heater, air conditioning, gas furnace, plumbing, or electrical needs!- Jeff O.

APhoenix Home Services IncOverall Phoenix did a fantastic job with this project. Despite the current COVID environment, they were here everyday getting the job done. Communication was good, and we did not have any hiccups or addendums that weren't previously discussed from the original scope of the job. We did have some issues with the re-surfacing of the hardwood floors, but Phoenix went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. They were fantastic to accommodate us on certain items based on our budget; one thing that stood out to us was this feature. We are so happy we found them and our house is better than we imagined it would be from the initial drawings. We hope to work with them again on other projects for our home.- Brandon Z.

APrudent HomesI am very impressed with the work that David and his assistant from Prudent Homes performed in our basement. They completed the work in one day on two different occasions and it was a fairly large insulation project. They had to use 2 different types of insulation. David explained all work to be done upfront and provided an estimate which was very fair. They were polite, knowledgeable and very clean in the areas where they performed work. You would not have known they were in our house. Also, they arrived at our house at the exact time they stated on both occasions. We have had problems with other contractors in the past with this issue. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors and family.- Bonnie C.

AWillis Builders IncThis was a top to bottom complete renovation of my house. All work to be done was described in well written project proposals. I have lived in my house since 8/1/1972. Over the years I have had workers here to do some renovations and repairs. Matthew Willis of Willis Builders, the Project Manager Marcelo Gomes, and all the workers that came to my house were very professional. I am very, very pleased with the outcome of this renovation. AThe representative came out immediately and was able to schedule me for the next week. Between the time I scheduled the work and the work was completed, there was a big rainstorm and I continued to have a leak. I contacted the company on a Sunday, got a life person answering the phone, and was called back within an hour by a representative who gave me tips on managing the leak until the rain stopped. The representative completed the work in the agreed upon time frame, was punctual, and professional. He even went above and beyond to clean my gutters and caulk a break he found in the house foundation to ensure that there were no leaks. Very satisfied with the work done.

DThe tech recommended I have the wheel blower cleaned. He was going to clean it with a chemical solution. I brought another smaller company whom my friend recommended and he said if the wheel blower is dirty that means the coils are dirty as well. I ended up hiring the guy to take out the parts outside and wash the dirt out with water and a chemical solution. It took him over 6 hours to clean both parts and put them back together. He said the amount of dirt and build up took at least 4 yrs to accumulate. CroppMetcalf have been doing the maintenance the past 7 years and they never said anything until now and only the wheel blower. Now the system is working very well and efficiently and the tenants can feel the difference.
