AAmerican Home Contractors IncAHC, Inc did a very thorough job walking our roof and finding areas that required caulking; replacing loose nails and shingles. The technician Austin Bunnell, as a total courtesy, removed the base to an old satellite dish that was never taken down.. He then caulked that area for us. Great customer service was provided and care taken to respect the household (protective face mask and shoe covers were worn). A very good value at $149.00- James J.

APrudent HomesI am very impressed with the work that David and his assistant from Prudent Homes performed in our basement. They completed the work in one day on two different occasions and it was a fairly large insulation project. They had to use 2 different types of insulation. David explained all work to be done upfront and provided an estimate which was very fair. They were polite, knowledgeable and very clean in the areas where they performed work. You would not have known they were in our house. Also, they arrived at our house at the exact time they stated on both occasions. We have had problems with other contractors in the past with this issue. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors and family.- Bonnie C.

AContractor Solutions and Management IncWe hired CSM in November after an extensive contractor search earlier in the year. We ultimately selected them as the design was second to none, not a cookie cutter approach to our project. The work started in December of 2019 and was completed May the following year. The workmanship was superior both in carpentry and masonry. The end result is an outstanding finished project - complete with screened in porch with window system, fireplace and skylights - as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for all to enjoy. We have recommended multiple projects to CSM since and look forward to enjoying our expanded space for years to come.- J F.

Mike kept us up to date with photo's and progress reports. He met up with us to select finishes and was so helpful giving us tips and recommendations. Top quality workmanship. AMy wife and I had a great experience dealing with Richards’ Homes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest experienced builder that takes great pride in their work. We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the completed product exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful new home, we are very proud of it. It is everything we wanted!

AOscar Canales, and his associates Levis and Sergio did an excellent job of installing insulation in a bay window overhang at the level of the basement ceiling, followed by repairing a drywall hole due to a needed plumbing repair. They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me. The repair to the front door frame they did for me, to prevent water from entering my home, was done professionally and also as promised. I highly recommend them!
