They replaced damaged hardwood floor, and left a few tiny gaps (1/2-3/4 inch) between end of wood and floor molding. Had a piece of wood that had the correct color stain I wanted them to match--but the first staining was with the wrong color stain so had to sand and re-stain which meant a total of 2 weeks out of the house. The crew doing the work were fine, except for the tiny gaps, but the salesm...
