They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. From the very beginning of every project, Richard and his entire team are clear about the process and what it will entail. Communication is grade A, as he is interested in helping you make your vision come to life. I can’t speak enough about the knowledge that he has in the field and his attention to detail. He not only knows the best products on the market, but he has a great eye for what looks good and values your input while making the best choice for your needs/wants, style and budget. He helped us decide paint colors for each of the bathrooms that we remodeled, helped us with the kind of marble tiles that would best fit the design of one of the bathrooms, and also suggested a great nontransparent type of window pane for the bathroom in the front of the house to make sure it can’t be seen into. Richard is very hands-on and isn’t just a name somewhere in an office. He’s always just a phone call away, and makes it a point to check in on-site to ensure that everything is running smoothly, because he is genuinely interested in the work that he does, always providing the best possible service & quality. The team leads are great at communicating as well, and they make sure that any unexpected issues (if any) can be mitigated quickly and efficiently. The end result always turns out better than expected. We’re very happy with RIBA’s services, and highly recommend using them for your construction and remodeling needs. BAlex came prepared with paper and tape to cover the floors. He covered the furniture with plastic. His crew and him quickly prepared the rooms for painting, masking the areas. The finished the project within a day. They even repaired some areas at no cost. The painting job for the most part was good however there were some areas where you could see the prior paint. These areas were around the sill, door frames, close to the baseboard. I asked Alex to paint some of the areas which he did but seemed annoyed. There were more areas as such that I found that I will have to touch up myself. Overall they were good and reasonable.

DRob came to the house right away to provide an estimate. He said he would put us on his schedule to be done in two weeks. Three weeks later, I called him because we had not heard from him. He did not offer an explanation or an apology, but again put us on his schedule to be done in a couple of weeks. It has been more than a month and I have yet to hear from Rob. Not that it matter, because I have since hired someone else do the job; a professional who did it when he said he would and he did it well (R & B Painting). Had Rob been upfront with me (telling me that he had higher paying jobs he fully intended to do first), I could have had my painting done months earlier. This is rude (quite selfish actually) and unprofessional behavior.

ABen and his assistant, Jamie, are both very kind, respectful, and polite. They performed good quality work and were very thorough! They cleaned up after themselves. Ben is very resourceful when it comes to cleaning and stain removal. We can tell that they both take pride in their work. We hired them to clean the dryer vent, gutters, and powerwash the deck. We are very satisfied with their work and have asked them to come back in a few weeks to paint our deck. Job well done!
