    I have been a very satisfied customer of Williamsburg Maintenance for about 10 years. Their work is of the very best quality, and their painting services, in particular, are excellent -- considerably better than three other painters whom I've hired within the last 16 years. Shamus' knowledge, skill and efficiency are unparalleled, and his "can-do attitude" is inspiring. He also mentors the people he works with in a very respectful and supportive way -- which, as a teacher, I really appreciate. Phil, the owner, is reachable by email, which makes scheduling jobs for those of us with crazy work schedules very convenient, and his prices are competitive with other services in the Williamsburg area. I know that I will continue to use and appreciate this company's work!

    If I were able to leave 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst moving company we have ever dealt with in 35-years of moves. They lost a bunch of boxes, an area rug, a box spring, and other furniture. They crushed a power washer, destroyed furniture edges by dragging the pieces on the ground, destroyed a new washer and dryer set, dented, gouged, scratched and scraped the other furnishings. Dragged a VERY expensive area rug and tore off the fringe. They also modified paperwork and said we had to sign it saying they unpacked items when all they did was unbox 2 mattresses. They didn't put together the beds as required by their contract. After calling and waiting since mid-June, we have no items returned and New Bell doesn't return calls. Do NOT recommend this company!!!!

    They worked on it right their to clean and adjust it. When it acted up again that week they re-addressed the cleaning and then I had them replace several sprockets with worn teeth. Those were not on hand based on the age of my bike but they ordered them and had my bike back to me according to the schedule they told me when I brought it in.

    Crawford Moving and Storage moved several rooms of furniture out of our home, stored it for about a month and moved it in to our new home. In the process two dressers were scraped, one bed leg was broken off and one chair leg broken off. I caught the owner trying to tape them back on and he tried to say they were already broken. I called them at least 10 times and e-mail about the same, they NEVER once responded to me. This is a terrible company with terrible people that work for them. If you care about your furniture and belongings, you should not hire this company. And oh by the way, they aren't a member of the BBB because when I tried to report them, I found out they aren't even members. I think I know why now.

    I had contacted Samsung twice and followed their constant instructions. Finally they said the TV needed repair...I asked for a service agent and Color and Sound was recommended. Contact person was John, the owner. I explained my problem via phone; he determined a remedy, ordered the part and when it was available, he came out and replaced the bad part.

    Eddie Kellar is a fantastic property manager. He has done an outstanding job managing my properties for the last 7 years. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide quality tenants and take care of all issues that arise. I never get a call from Eddie with a problem; he calls to tell me what's going on, and what he's done to take care of it. If you're looking for a good property manager in north Florida you won't find anyone better than Eddie Kellar.

    Wayne thoughtfully compiled listings based on our criteria and always kept options within our budget.  We looked at many homes over several months and his patience was endless.  At each showing, my wife and I would comment on the pros/cons as we explored each home at our own pace.  Wayne would actively listen to our comments to gain a better understanding of our needs and wants.

    There was never any pressure to make a sale.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying and selling processes, financing, the real estate market, and is an exceptional negotiator. We stated zero dollars for Wayne's services because the seller of the home we purchased in Williamsburg paid all fees and closing costs.

    Due to his skills and experience, my wife and I found a neighborhood and home that we absolutely love - we couldn?t be happier.  We highly recommend Wayne Booth to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

    Verizon Wireless
    Feb 27, 15 I took my Galaxy s4 to the Verizon Wireless on Coliseum Crossing. After inspecting my phone, Greg the store manager   determined by phone was  dead as a result of the Verizon Update which occurred the day before. Since my prepaid phone was under warranty, a replacement phone was order and scheduled to ship overnight at my cost of  $20.00. Well on Feb 28, I called and spoke with Ebony since my phone did not arrive. She originally said she could not find the order and asked me to hold the line. Fifteen minute later, she said the order was found and would arrive on Monday. At that point, inquired about my $20.00 overnight shipping cost that  was paid on the 2/27. She said, Greg said you can pick it up since the phone had not shipped and was still in the warehouse.  On Monday 3/2 I called again, and asked for the manager, but I was informed  by Whitney they were all in meetings. Whitney said they would call me back. Well minutes later, Whitney said she was informed to handle the situation since they were in meetings After investigating the matter Whitney said my order appears to be stuck in a PENDING status, so someone from OPS  contact me before noon the Tues 3/3. Needless to say, no one from that department called me, so I call back and again ask for the Manager this time I spoke with Jason who said my order was stuck in a PENDING status and was escalated to OPS. 
    I informed him that I am a healthcare professional in need of my phone for On-Call purposes, and I would speak with him once I arrive at the store. I  told him I reside in Williamsburg which is a 40 drive to his store and when I arrive i wanted my refund for overnight shipping. When I arrive at the Verizon store I was informed that Jason was at lunch, so I said fine I will wait. 
    Minutes later Jason arrived and again informed me of the pending status of my phone, and after seeing how upset I was he offered me a different phone until my phone arrive, Jason drove to Suffolk for pickup this phone which I was truly grateful to have but I was not comparable to the phone that I had. 
    Sunday 3/8 I call again now Jason, Greg and Whitney all were off that day, so I was informed that someone would look into my refund status for shipping get back with me. Some did leave a message on my phone that day stating the refund was approved for 20.00; however, they never mentioned my Galaxy.
    I am very disappointed in the way Verizon treats their Prepaid Customer, and I would appreciate a followup call. 
    I simply want my Galaxy back.
