    Wheeler Brothers LLC
Excellent. Very professional, neat, clean and polite and reasonably priced . Exactly what I expected a Veteran to be! Ive already hired him to do some additional work! I trust him and know he will do a good job.

RH CONTRACTING POWERWASH AND REMODELING LLC
Everything went well and the estimate I was given was pretty accurate, reasonable and fair. I was also informed up front that it is an approximate figure as things can come up during home repairs that are unexpected. I was pleased with the work when it was completed. They were on time, friendly and very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

    Cunningham Contracting, Inc.
We were shown and given choices for layout of room, including help in choosing fixtures, tile, tub,and carpet in our budget. Workers were prompt, did great work, cleaned up each day and owner obtained all needed permits. Afterwards, because we have a step door family room that presented a safety issue, the owner and I came up with idea for wrought iron railings at strategic points to address thhe issue. The cost was reasonable and works.

The team came out and did what I had asked them to do and more. They were very good at communicating and we had a couple of surprises when they were fixing the house (typical for an older house). They brought these items to my attention, and fixed those items and the original items while meeting the original deadline of getting the work done. They were very thorough with keeping me informed of the cost of the repairs.
    Thanks guys!

It went HORRIBLE showed up on time but wasted a lot of time by not doing job right the first time all cabinets were crooked un level and he had to come out and redo all the cabinets. Then came back to fix everything leveled out some of the cabinets but did a very s***** job at best. we payed him to save time from doing it ourselves but it ended up taking a lot longer having him do it. the man somehow turned 3 days of work into 3 weeks. all trim was messed up and some busted and then filled with caulking to try to cover up damage. visible nails in the crown molding and some of the crown molding doesn't even line up.

OVERALL VERY UN PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND

Crew was efficient, polite, professional and clean.  Floor was laid out thoughtfully with regard to pattern and alignment, and installed well.  Trim work was well done.  Only minor complaint is they forgot to follow up on fixing a few flaws such as a larger than normal gap between boards in one corner.  Overall, I was well-satisfied.

Casey and his crew did a great job, alerted me to a couple of moisture damaged areas and remedied it, even going on the roof to check for leaks near my chimney. Casey was very nice to work with and very professional. He's down to earth and honest. All the wonderful things that I had heard about him from my realtor were true!

    Courthouse Construction
Courthouse Construction did a shoddy, shoddy, shoddy construction job. Despite certified letters and calls, they have not done remaining warranty work. The siding is bulging and discolored, the gutters overflow, exterior doors don't hang right or lock, fireplace scorched mantle and ruined digital guts and still isn't completely repaired, garage doors leak, interior doors are breaking their frames and are themselves damaged, exterior caulking has not been finished, there's probably not a drop of paint primer on the walls (paint is peeling off and knotholes are bleeding through), the exterior doors were never weather stripped properly, exterior door thresholds were not installed properly, and on and on and on. The Courthouse superintendents are just awful, too. They don't know what they are doing; they never have tools LIKE HAMMERS AND LEVELS, and half the subcontractors don't either. Courthouse people hem and haw over everything. A house inspector, for example, cut his arm on my PVC railing. Here' the Courthouse response: Can't fix it, can't make promises, I don't have any tools to fix this. Blah, blah, blah.I used a little emery board and in a few seconds -- literally a few second -- voila, I fixed the problem. Ahem! Courthouse Construction says they are coming, but they never come and don't have the courtesy to phone to say so. They are impossible to reach. They don't care if the customer is satisfied. They take your money, and you don't see or hear from them. I have had multiple meetings with manufacturers' representatives and subcontractors BUT rarely does anything get done because of the general contractor -- Courthouse. Courthouse doesn't give a flip about what any experts say either. They ignore everyone and anybody. Courthouse appears to have a bad, bad relationship with subcontractors, too, who each quietly told me how difficult this company is, how long it takes them to get paid, and that they are unlikely to work for them again. COURTHOUSE CONSTRUCTION IS AWFUL, TERRIBLE, BAAAAADDD. DO NOT USE THEM, even if it's to put a bandage on a stubbed toe!!!! They either won't do it or will put it on your finger or the wrong toe!

    BAY FLOORING CO

Terrible. First, the selection was very, very poor. I had been to Lowes and Home Depot and were overwhelmed by their selection, BUT our builder suggested/insisted we use this place. (Kickbacks maybe?) The lighting in the ever so teeny weeny showroom was so bad we couldn't tell what we were looking at.

Hmmm, that was only the beginning. Shortly after the (new) house closed, the tile's caulk/grout started cracking EVERYWHERE. We could also see chips and damage to tiles and waviness in its application (and don't tell me it is the under floor; it was just a sloppy, careless job).

Ad, come to find out, the company had used the wrong kind of caulk; they should have used something different between the tiles and the tub as well as the tiles and different surfaces. "Oh, this will happen," they said. Really???? That's not what other experts told us. We've had a condo since 1986 with tiles and NONE OF THIS HAS HAPPENED.

They also screwed up the color grout we wanted. Some of the bathrooms have two different colors in one room? Huh? Did they run out of one and just decide to use another?

We called to get this all repaired. The guy showed up with the wrong color. Good grief! I called Walker (??the owner's son??, our contact, and he was rude as all get out. He also told me it takes days to order new grout. Huh? They don't carry it like other tile companies?

Anyway, it was all allegedly fixed (grout ground out, redone, blah, blah,) and it is all cracking again. Sure, I know; this happens -- NOT.

    DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

    Triangle Home Improvement
Wayne with Triangle Home Improvement was wonderful to work with.  We had water seep in under our patio door and rot our subflooring, so we decided to replace all of our vinyl and carpet with laminate flooring.  We purchased the flooring from Lumber Liquidators and Triangle Home Improvement fixed the subflooring issues, installed the new laminate flooring, and installed a new patio door to prevent water problems in the future.  While they were there, I also asked them put our shutters back up that we had taken down to paint.  The entire crew is friendly and courteous.  They did the demo and install much faster than I ever anticipated and cleaned up afterwards.  The new floors are amazing, I have had multiple compliments and have given Triangle's information to several people already.  I highly recommend Triangle.
