    The Drying Co
Absolutely superb work throughout starting with the inspection thru work cost estimate and execution of the project. Every crew member was completely professional. On time, clean, answered all questions completely, exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to explain "why" in detail. Polite, courteous, professional AND the work was done quickly, completely and they took every action to ensure our house remained clean and without any damage. NONE BETTER. We replaced our previous HVAC service provider with the Drying Company and are VERY happy we did. They are just GREAT!!

    The Drying Co
The team at The Drying Company did a great job communicating the scope of the project and helping with random questions we had while considering this investment. The work was completed in a timely way and all employees were courteous and prompt. This was a major expense we weren't necessarily planning on, but with the information we received from Tony we felt confident that we were making an informed decision to help safeguard our home from future mold and moisture issues.

    Bay Crawlspace & Foundation Repair
Bay Crawlspace Solutions was wonderful to work with. I checked around and priced the job with a few other companies. I felt very confident when meeting with our crew leader and again on the day they arrived. They were prompt and great to work with. It was almost like they weren't here and they were finished in no time. I'm definitely glad we decided to use Bay Crawlspace Solutions.

    Bay Crawlspace & Foundation Repair
After collecting three estimates we picked Bay Crawlspace to do the work. Our decision to use them was not just because they had a better price but they used better materials . The 20 mil liner was twice the thickness of one of the other companies. Prior to the work they kept in contact as far as scheduling and when the work would begin. They began the work on time and completed it when they said they would , All three company personnel were very respectful and handled themselves in a professional manner. My wife and I were very pleased with the finished product.

    The Drying Co
Prior to the work my crawl space was a wet nasty, rodent and snake infested mess. Afterwards, it was clean, dry, bright and white. The air in the house no longer gets musty. My heating bills went down 25%. I referred the Drying Company to my parents, and neighbors, and they were similarly pleased with the results.

Should I relocate, I will never live in another house that does not have an encapsulated crawl space.

    The Drying Co
The job went well.  We needed to encapsulate the crawl space because the hardwood floors we installed in December of the previous year were cupping, both above the crawl space and in our sun room, which was built on top of an existing deck. The reason we elected to go with The Drying Company was they offered options based on our needs rather than a set package.  For instance, rather than telling us that we needed a 20ml liner, they offered a 12ml liner, which was a more reasonable cost and our crawl space did not need a 20ml liner. They also offered spray foaming the crawl walls rather than foam board.  They also recommended on their own we consider spray foaming underneath our two sun rooms to better insulated the floors and help reduce the moisture content of the sun room wood floors.  The lead time to start our project was 3 weeks.  They estimated it would take 3 days to complete the project.  The first team arrived as planned and cleaned the crawl space of debris and the old 6ml barrier and then installed the new 12ml vapor barrier.  The next day was to be the foam insulation work, however, the foam truck needed an inspection and the work was moved back a couple of days.  Once the insulation work started the job was quickly completed.  When the existing plywood was removed from underneath the two sun rooms, several boards were broken and replaced with new ones.  They removed all the old boards and cleaned the area.  The only negative was when they replaced the plywood it was done wrong and needed to be trimmed with a cable saw which was not a clean cut.  The company also provided a wireless hygrometer to monitor the temp and humidity in the crawl space.  Since we encapsulated the crawl space the humidity has stabilized from the mid 60% to 40% and the temperature is around 65 degrees.  We are running the dehumidifier at 40% until we can see the cupping in the hardwood floor relax and the boards go back to their natural state.

    ATLANTIC SPRAY SYSTEMS
DAve came out and gave us a quote, and we set up date of service.  Hit a snag when the crew could not access the area above the room so they could coat the ceiling.  So regrouped, got a new quote and they came out the next week.  They took out part of the ceiling so they could access the roof area and got the spray foam up in that are as well as the knee walls and slope.  Also made a number of small holes in garage ceiling to allow for dense packing of the cellulose.  They cleaned up well and the sheetrock person came back on 2 days to complete the repairs and make sure a second coat was applied.
The room is noticeably more comfortable (in the 90's outside this week and the room is now comfortable) and we look forward to it being better in winter as well

    Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing of VA

The past year we discovered damp walls in our basement.   While this was not a major problem, we were concerned that it could become major.   We looked at several waterproofing companies.   Mid Atlantic Waterproofing was the first company we talked to and decided not to talk to the other companies.   We met with Scott Summers and were impressed with the time he took to explain how the problem would be solved using the Hydro-Trac System.   He spent time with us going through the basement, asking and answering questions.   We agreed to have the Hydro-Trac System with a sump pump installed in our basement

On the first day of work, Mike Forman, walked us through what he and his crew would be doing.   The crew (Bernie Carr, Trevor Rojas and Zach Elliott) arrived promptly and began setting up to begin their work.  All the men worked efficiently and professionally.  Everyone had a job and they did it well.   They even didn?t mind me showing up to take photos.   At the end of each day, they cleaned up before they left.   Mike and Bernie answered any and all questions we had during the process.   They were very patient and helpful.   On the last day of the job, Manuel Rojas joined the crew.

Everyone was well mannered and pleasant throughout this whole process.   The workmanship was excellent.  We were very pleased with this experience.  We would certainly recommend the company to anyone with a wet basement problem

    M Leon Construction
My review at that time prior to the test is the rains of winter was an A . Over winter as the rains started I could hear what is best described as draining tub water every 3-10 minutes around the clock while it was raining. I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone by phone in the office on several tries over winter ( figured busy time of year ) and early summer as the concern is why the sump pump is basically needing to run all the time during rainy season... Seems that will burn up the pump. I was able to reach the office this week and they very quickly scheduled an appt to check it out ... More to follow and re- rating pending the appt and outcome to correct this issue .

    The Mid-Atlantic Group, Inc.
They were very quick to respond. They were prompt and the estimate was within reason; everybody else's estimate was about the same. Their services ended up not being needed; we just ended up needing new gutters. They were very professional and were very forthcoming with information but we did not need to use them.
