Let me tell you the staff is outstanding. They have one heck of a team in there and they all work together and the doctors get each other options for the best care.. I love them all........... and I love my pets and want them taken great care of.

    Commonwealth Veterinary Clinic
The new veterinary clinic was wonderful about seeing me immediately and caring for my sick cat. I decided to transfer to the new vet but was met with abuse and extremely unprofessional behavior when I requested the transfer of all my pets records to the new clinic. Just a few months ago while visiting with my neighbor in her yard we were approached by two people who told me they were from Commonwealth Veterinary Clinic and were desperately trying to find a dog that had escaped from their care. This only enforced the lack of care the clinic has for their clients.

I have been with them ever since, two years now. I just took my senior girl forher checkup and even with a complete round of blood and urine tests and her rabies shot it was very affordable. For two years the staff has been friendly and efficient, the vets and techs are all really excellent in knowledge and very supportive. They have an online store where you can get supplies and special diet items for your pet, separarate doors for dogs and cats which I love and they do boarding.

Helping Hands Affordable Vet Surg and Dental Care
They were so good and very caring. They (dogs) are doing good right now. They were prompt and done quickly. They called and checked on them to see how they were doing.  My vet was going to charge $2000.00 or more for the same surgery plus meds and cones.  Helping Hands was a total $580.00 for the surgery, cones, and meds.  Thank God they are there, I am on disability and could not have help my dogs if not for these great people. I love these people and would recommend these people to everyone.

They were very professional and very good. We had to redo our dog's shot since we got our dog from County ASPCA and they didn't do it right. They did all the stuff in a day. They still have to do a shot for one particular thing so that we every week we can make a booster. He was really nice and he gave my dog a treat so she can calm down.

    Animal Hospital of Waynesboro
Since moving to Waynesboro seven years ago, I have had four dogs that have received veterinary care at the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro. The service is professional, caring and reasonably priced. Dr. Lorenz has spent countless hours helping me find the best way to treat three of my dogs who had serious medical issues - one with epilepsy, one with liver disease, and one with cancer. There was a period of time when I spoke with Dr. Lorenz a couple of times a week about my dog, Smoky, who had seizures. When I needed his help, he would always call me with both medical advice and reassurance.
Dr. Weiss also really helped with my dog, Suki, who had liver disease. Suki became very ill over a weekend when Dr. Weiss was on call. Her care and concern for my dog (and for me) was superb.
The entire staff is just wonderful. I highly recommend The Animal Hospital of Waynesboro. They offer outstanding care for companion animals!

    Commonwealth Veterinary Clinic
Good clinic with mostly good doctors. The first doctor I got for a horrible rash my cat had on her neck wasn't helpful at all, though. She
just stood there and sold me every expensive flea medication she could despite telling me that there was no sign of fleas, and she didn't even bother telling me the price of the meds until I was already on my way out. That one trip cost me over $200, half of it on flea medicaiton. Nothing she prescribed helped at all: if anything, my cat got worse. But when I went back and got a different doctor, Dr. Mimms, I saw the total opposite. He showed care for my cat, knew what to do without being wishy washy about selling me expensive unneeded treatments, and fixed her up almost immediately.

We had a great experience going to Commonwealth Veterinary Clinic. We had LOTS of questions about our new puppy and all of the staff took the time to provide the explanations we needed plus provided handouts and other reading information. The price was what was expected and we will definitely be returning.

    Animal Hospital of Waynesboro
The vet, Dr. Valerie Weiss treated me and my 2 dogs like we were special. She was obviously educated, experienced and cared. The staff were so helpful since my 2 dogs-both rescued dogs who are not well behaved-not leash trained and not socialized to be with other dogs and need extra attention getting in and out of the office (straight into an exam room then straight out of the office and into the car with their help-plus I am disabled and unable to physically control the dogs on leashes. The staff was absolutely wonderful in meeting my and my dogs needs and making the experience pleasurable. They went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for us.
As for the lab results, especially the biopsy for cancer, Dr. Weiss called me within 2 hours to give the results-which was good news.
My only criticism is the swinging doors into and out of the exam rooms which do not prevent the dogs from getting out of the room or other animals from getting in. Also, the exam room was very small with a tiny built-in corner seat for me to sit on and place my coat and purse-not anywhere near large enough for anything but my purse to sit on.
I will definitely continue to take my dogs to this facility. The price was much less than the vet I previously used.
