    My gas trimmer was in storage for 6 years and would not run.  Augusta Coop cleaned the carb etc and now the trimmer is running fine. They said it would take a week to repair due to the large volume of work in the shop and the repair was completed on time.  I was very satisfied with the cost and time for repair.   I recommend this shop.

    I just started with them this year and they seem to be very good.  They seem competent in what they do.  That was the second time I had been there and they were able to fix the problem right away.  Both problems were relatively minor but when I walked in, they were doing something and they dropped what they were doing and fixed it.  They are very convenient and they take care of it right away, so far.  They are reasonable.  I was pleased with both experiences I had there.

    I have an enormous yard. I kept taking my lawn mower there and it never got fixed. I took it back, I had to stay and get it in the car, drive it out of town, took it home and it did not work. Finally I took it somewhere else. I would not give them a high rating. My experience with Beverage Tractor was not good. Out here, everybody has lawns. They did not have help, so the lawn mower did not get looked at for like a week or so. It was just all around frustrating. The price was reasonable. I run a business, I'm the owner of a home business. When you know when it's prime time in this area, and everyone has lawns, it just seems like it's time to hire more people. Nobody's perfect. Someone's not managing the company correctly. Individually people were really kind. They are not punctual with their lawn mowers.

    The serviceman showed up to fix my mower that would not start and adjust the clutch. He said what he thought was wrong (Coil). Said clutch could not be adjusted (not true). Asked for $96.00 and left. Basically my mower wouldn't start when he arrived and still wouldn't when he left. My wallet was $96.00 lighter. I was fleeced. I changed coil and it still wouldn't start.

    I had used them for years. I took a tiller in there and they gave me an entirely wrong diagnosis on the thing. They wanted to charge me like $300 bucks and it turned out to be something entirely different. I took it for a second opinion someplace else and they were able to fix it for a whole lot less. They don't know what they are talking about. If it is something simple and straight forward they are fine but I don't trust them.

    Augusta Equipment sells and services New Holland tractors.  They  picked up my tractor in the beginning of the week to determine causes for loss of adequate power for heavy jobs.. I requested they let me know when they determine the cause of the loss of power before proceeding to other cosmetic improvements I wanted done.  The following day I called late in the afternoon to inquire whether they could provide any information on what the tractor needed.  They told me they just pulled the tractor in the shop and were evaluating it now.  I asked them to call when they knew something. But not having heard from them in 24 hours I called again and was told they were about ready to pull the tractor in the shop! So I guess the story from the day before was not true. I allowed days to pass waiting for them to call, but I never got a call.  By the beginning of the following week I called again. This time I was told the fellow working on my tractor would call me as soon as he came back in the shop. At this time I have no idea of needed repair, how much had been done, or the cost!  I did learn that there was dirt in the fuel tank  which is something I suspected since I previously lost the fuel cap while bush hogging but  did not realize it for hours.  The next day I spoke to a manager they call "BUMPER".  I explained to him that  none of my three requests for a call were honored even though I had been assured each time someone would call me.   Bumper excitedly told me that they could not spend all their time on the phone or they would have to charge way more then I wanted to pay.  I said but they have not called me once! You have had the tractor over a week  and all I know for sure is there was dirt in the tank which is something I suspected but  I have never been given an estimate of the cost or a complete list of the problems.  He got irate and told me he would get an estimate.  Of course he did not get an estimate.  He did call back to rant how the fuel tank was filthy.  The first I was given an estimate was over two weeks from the time they got the tractor and Bumper called to let me know the tractor was ready.   So over $2000 of repairs were done without telling me anything.  Their philosophy is we will repair your tractor and you will pay whatever we decide after the job is done. My car dealer would not think of doing anything like that.  They provide the cost before any service is done.  Not these guys! Their idea of customer service is we will fix it when we are good and ready and it will be right but don't bug us for any information. Even after I was told my tractor was done it took 2 days for them to deliver it and no invoice showing what was done came with it.  I have not put the tractor under a heavy load condition since it has been returned, but I do believe they checked the horse power  and made sure that is up to specification.  I will know for sure in the Spring when I need to bush hog 36 acres.  Unless there is a change in management there I would not consider using August Equipment for service work.
