    Brown Collision Center
I had an excellent experience with them. They're five stars all around. It was paid for by the insurance. I just took my car there and trusted that they would get the work done, and get it done well. I didn't compare prices. I've been there more than once, and every time it's been excellent. They send text if you ask for it, so it's possible to know when the car will come back. They care about customers and actually getting the work done. Every employee that I've spoken with seem to take their job seriously.  The quality was very good. The team effort was incredible.

    Verona Car Care
I called and took my car in that was overheating.  I thought it was a thermostat or water pump.  When I called he said they were swamped but he'd try to look at it and let me know what was wrong.  I drove it in and although he was really busy, he took he time to check it out that afternoon.  He called and told me I had a blown head gasket and he really didn't think the car was worth repairing.  When I went in to pay him for checking it out he didn't charge me anything and let me leave the car at the lot until it could be picked up for salvage.  This car was a lemon and I had put lots of money into it already.  He could have tried to repair it for the money or even charge me for checking it out buy he didn't.  It's really nice to find an honest person and  a business that won't take advantage of you.  I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to take my car in for repair in the future.  I had never used this place before which also says they can be trusted.

This happened before I joined Angie's List. I was just asked for my experience (from two years ago) on February 17th 2014. The service was good, professional and comprehensive, they answered my questions - I wanted to understand and make certain everything they said was needed, was necessary I would not use this provider in the future because I live a long ways from this Subaru Service Center I do not remember the EXACT date in 2012 or details of the problem.

    Valley Speed & Performance
Dustin, Bruce, and Mike did a fabulous job, which necessitated removing the rear springs and all the tires, replacing the OEM shocks, relocating the brake lines, and re-installing everything to factory specs, where applicable. I was particularly impressed with Dustin's vast experience with auto/truck suspension systems. He was very patient with me, suggesting less expensive alternatives to meet my goals and giving me a good price on all the parts that he ordered. Bruce  further recommended the rear stabilizer bars for the kind of on-road and off-road performance that I was seeking. Having been on the trail all day yesterday, I can truly say that my truck is fantastic! There is no more rear-end hopping around steep and rut-filled dirt mountain trails, even filled with 500 pounds of camping gear.
In short, I am very pleased with their work, and highly recommend them for your speed and performance needs.

when i first made contact with repair shop they told me they cuold do the job in two days, which turned into four days.forcing me to rent a car.I was told the job would run between $650.00 dollars to $700.00 dollars.that quickly shot up to over $1,200.00 dollars.when the repairs were done and i went to pick up the car that is when the told me there policy is not to accept checks over $500.00 dollars. had they had informed me of this policy or had it CLEARLY POSTED i would not have used them.

They are very responsive and easy to work with. They will also give you advise on your car for future work. They also check all the fluids during the oil change. They do take care of you. They are competitive with their pricing.

    Merchant's Tire
Merchant's Tire had a special, you could pay like $85 and you can get 2 free oil changes, you pay for 2 and you get 2 for free. I had 2 oil changes so far and it's gone fine. I think the service went fine. They appear professional and they seem to know what they were doing and I think the price was fair. They also do tire rotation for me.

    Idiehl Tire & Lube
They have very comfortable waiting rooms with 2 televisions and high quality wi-fi. I just got going and my car was already done. I had gone without an appt. and it probably didn't take even 45 minutes from start to finish. The employees are super nice.

My SUV was making a horrible noise so we took it in to have it looked at. They quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. They also noted that I was overdue for an oil change and my front tires were bald. I had planned on going to my usual business for the oil change. But figured I was there so I might as well since the prices are the same. They will get my repeat business because of the tires. Every time I went to my usual place for an oil change, I asked them to look at the tires and rotate if necessary. They always "look fine". This company does not sell tires, so there was no reason for them to let them get so bad. (I have also learned to look myself as well.) The staff at Monro found matching tires and I was back on the road in a few hours.

I think that the price was very reasonable and they were very helpful but it took them three months to do what they said would take two weeks. I was really really unhappy about that. The work was good and the truck ran like a top when it was done, but the problem was it took them so long. They are always very polite. They never contacted me to let me know that there was a hold up. The only way I ever found out anything was to call and say "hey, when is my car going to be ready." And then they would say that they ran into some problems. I doubt that I would use them again.
