    My Guys Moving & Storage
    First of all, My Guys Moving has the best customer service I have ever experienced. It felt like I was at Chic-Fil-A for moving!!! We got three separate quotes from Angie's list; My Guys Moving was in the middle. The top quote was astronomically expensive, and the lowest quote was waaayy too low; you could tell they just wanted to come in at the lowest spot to get the job. MGM was also the ONLY company to actually come to our home and look at our furniture/boxes in person at no risk or obligation to us. Austin (who did our estimate) even suggested that we leave our dressers and chests full of clothes and they could still wrap and move them full of clothes, no problem! I scheduled our move with Renee, who was absolutely phenomenal. They did charge us a $350 overnight storage fee since we were moving out/in on separate days. On the day of our move in, the closing of our new home was unexpectedly rescheduled for later in the afternoon. I panicked. I called Renee immediately and she was super accommodating and was able to change our appointment to later in the afternoon, no problem and with no penalties. The crew was super professional and efficient, and exactly on time both days, even with the last minute rescheduling. They wrapped everything very carefully and nothing was broken or damaged. I would recommend them to anyone, and plan to use them again in the future.

    I���ve never used a property management service before, but Chuck Adcox of real property management pros was as professional, friendly, and as knowledgeable as you could expect of this type of service.. even early into the normal rental season (early April), thanks to his expansive marketing of the property, we secured a lease with the most reputable of tenants in 2 WEEKS. Truly outstanding service and I can���t reasonably think of using a different property management company at any time going forward. If you need outstanding property management, you NEED to use, and i point him out specifically, Chuck Adcox of Real Property Management Pros.

    Showed up on time. Very methodical in their approach to the install. Outstanding attention to detail. Playset is level, all boards line up nice and pretty. They did a fantastic job! Kids were so excited! Well worth the money (which was a good price compared to competitors to begin with). I highly recommend!

    Great! The error message the printer was giving me ironically had nothing to do with the actual problem which was a broken latch. Phil found the problem in less than 20 minutes, gave me a temporary fix for the issue until I got new parts, and he even helped me locate which replacement parts to order at excellent prices. I highly recommend Phil and Printer Resolutions!

    Extremely pleased with the service! He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Sooooo happy he was willing to make the long drive to Virginia! Really did a great job addressing our concerns about the incline of the yard and he even devised a way to add monkey bars to the set. He also managed to squeeze us in right before Easter so that the children could play on it. As expected, the swingset was a huge hit! Nothing but great things to say about the service. Was scared that the weather we had that week would delay the installation, but he arrived on time and knocked out the installation earlier than expected. We will definitely use him again if we move to another location!

    Dok Klaus Computer Care
    It went very badly! I originally took the computer to Dok Klaus in Warrenton Virginia on 13 February 2016 because I thought I needed to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 due to many pop up advertisements related to Windows 10 and I was having some issues with my installed version of Quicken that I needed resolved.
    After visiting with him and his staff for almost 1 hour, they were having problems doing the free update to Windows 10 so I left the computer.
    After nearly two weeks of them still having my computer I contacted them and they stated that they were having issues upgrading my current OS which was Windows 8.1 and informed me that they would install a new HDD and install Windows 10 clean. They also said they would transfer my data.
    I returned to the shop on 27 February 2016 to pickup my computer and the bill was $588.77
    The detail is as follows:
    $90.00 for 1 hour of consult on 13 February
    $80.00 Diagnostic fee that appears was discounted
    $129.99 for a Soilid State 250gb HDD
    $129.99 for a copy of Office Home Student 2013 (Which I find out is very old and I already owned a copy of it on my old HDD)
    $250.00 for the Service.
    I mentioned that that seemed like alot of money and that the computer was not worth that and that I could of purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already pre-installed and they said that this computer would be better than that!
    I really feel taken advantage of!

    My wife had  to bring in her Bernina 880 to have it serviced. Because she didn't purchase it at the Quilt Patch, she was charged extra fees to have her machine repaired.  After Fred, the certified Bernina sewing machine  repair-man, worked on her machine, we brought it home. Fred, very rudely told my wife that he had to work on the needle threader head to remove all of the lint that had built up, causing the automatic needle threader function to malfunction. The first time, since the repair, that the machine was used,   2 parts of the threader head popped off the machine. We then brought my wife's machine back to the quilt patch, very upset, and told them what happened. They denied that Fred's "repair" had caused the parts to pop off, and said it must have been caused by something that my wife did wrong; hardly possible, as the only thing that my wife did was to press the button that initiates the threading cycle.  Also note, that Fred had just worked on the parts that popped off. Fred put the threader head back on, and once again, we took the machine home. The owner of the shop was very rude and cold to us when we picked up my wife's machine for the second time. After spending $255 for "repairs" the stitching was too  tight, and distorted the fabric that was being sewn. So after spending money to service this sewing machine, it has more problems than it originally had, and we were treated rudely. Now we are taking her machine to a second repairman to fix the problems that resulted from this repair job. We will never use this shop again!
    ***After the first time that we picked up the machine, the sewing actually looked good.  It wasn't until Fred put the needle threader head back on the machine that the stitching became distorted.  So something must have gone wrong with the second repair.  We are choosing to take the machine to another certified Bernina repairman, as we no longer have confidence with the work done at the Quilt Patch.

    Interstate Moving & Storage
    We were very pleased with the move on both ends.   All employees were very courteous and respectful.   They worked hard and quickly, taking only 1/2 day to do each part of the move.  We had already packed and moved some things, so we probably had less items than most people would have.   Items were carefully wrapped, packed, and labeled.   The movers who delivered our belongings placed items where I requested, and were even willing to move furniture around if I asked.   They reassembled all items that had been taken apart in Maryland, even trying to fix the damaged area on the computer desk.  All trash was collected and taken with them on both ends of the move.   We would definitely use this company again.

    Not well and then ok.  The customer service agents on the phone are incredibly rude and uncaring.  I ask to speak to a manager who ended up being equally rude while taking on a "not my problem" attitude.  On the plus side, I went into our local Comcast office where people actually act like humans and did what they could.  They remedied a $400 overcharge and helped us save money on our internet access.
