    Freedom Plumbers Corporation
The team of CJ and Brandon from Freedom Plumbers were very efficient and professional. The work was completed within the time expected and everything went as described. I would highly recommend both the company and the individuals.

    Appleton Campbell
Charged $540 to snake a line. Their first crew refused to snake the line insisting I had to have the septic tank pumped (it was pumped 30 days prior). I relented and had it pumped again, new plumber sent out 2 days after tank pumping. He never took anything out of his truck and went straight to my cleanout and claimed the tank was full. Ran the camera so fast that I could not see anything or make out where he was in the line. Spent 30+ minutes with the plumber arguing with us saying he was not going to snake the line unless we had the tank pumped again. Then he said our tank must be fractured - it is not. Then he said the lines must be frozen - they were not. I kept trying to explain to him that if he snaked the line and the tank was indeed backed up (I believe it had a clog beyond the cleanout), the fluid would shoot out the cleanout since the sink is one full level higher than the cleanout - I don't understand why that was impossible for him to comprehend. The guy who is supposed to be a plumber didn't seem to get it. He was very rude to me twice. I told him if he was going to refuse to snake the line that we had already paid for, I was going to need to go have a chargeback done on the money I paid. He said, "Don't threaten me." And at one point I said, I don't understand why you won't just snake the line. His response was, "I know you don't understand what I am saying". Extremely rude. Finally he relented, he tried to snake the line, got 5 feet and he couldn't make the first turn. One of the snarky comments he made to us was how we had probably never snaked a line and he had snaked many so he knew what he was talking about. Well so much for that. He gave up after 5 minutes. Left us with a backed up kitchen sink that had been backed up for days and they already had our money. The second plumber said, "The first guys couldn't have gotten past that first corner because they had a bigger snake." Yup exactly. That goes to show that they never snaked the line. The next day we called another company, they came out, had the line cleared of two clogs in under an hour and the total was $168.00 which goes to show you what a rip off Appleton is, they couldn't even do the job. Also, unlike what Appleton plumber told me, when they cleared the clogs the sink quickly drained, the clogs did not reform as Appleton said they would, the water was run nonstop at full speed for over 10 minutes after the cleared the clog to make sure it was working. If the septic had been backed up, it would have been gushing out the cleanout. That didn't happen. So much for Appleton expertise. As far as I'm concerned, they ripped us off and took our money and did nothing but be rude to us. Never again and I'm telling everyone I know in the county about my experience. I'm on a lot of boards.

    C & G Plumbing & Htg Co
Great, I had additional questions about a faucet repair and Chris advised me to call the manufacture to get the parts under warranty. I appreciated his honesty and that he didn't try to up sell me. The toilet repair was quick and no mess left behind. I will definitely call again for any plumbing needs. On a side note, the office personnel were helpful, friendly and accommodating when I called to schedule my appointment.

    Basement Masters Waterproofing
Amazing. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone having basement flooding or waterproofing issues. They worked with us on our first home for a very reasonable price and provided a quality service. Do not go with the big companies and their high pressure sales at double to triple the cost. Basement masters provided everything the big companies offered and did not take us to the cleaners.

    Blackwood Construction Group, Inc.
All workers were professional and pleasant. All promises were kept. Work was finished within original timeframe. They cleared up after themselves daily. There were one or two minor items I noticed after work was done, but they were dealt with quickly and cheerfully. The bathroom is unrecognizable!

VM Drainage & Erosion Solution LLC
Couldn't have gone better. A large culvert under my driveway has been blocked for years by debris, restricting flow to a trickle. Jose and his crew dug it out, found that the inlet had been doubled over on itself, and fixed it. Better yet, they built a stone wall surrounding the inlet to channel water down. Water now pours down the stone and we've got a beautiful little water feature. All work was done courteously, professionally, and quickly. I already plan on hiring Jose again. He's great.

    Hagan Build & Design
Chris and his employees (and sub-contractors) did a major remodeling on our house. They had previously done some work for us and we liked their work. They put in hardwood floors, carpets, and vinyl flooring throughout the house. They fixed drywall damage. In the kitchen, they replaced cabinets, counters and appliances. They remodeled 3 bathrooms. They replaced the inside doors. They put in new light fixtures. They repainted the inside of the house. They updated the electric panel box. They repaired the outside deck and lights. They removed old appliances and furniture and anything else we asked them to remove. Chris' employees (including Julio, Andrew and Cliff) were courteous and respectful and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they went home at night. The sub-contractors were the same. Chris and his team were very professional, and the house looked great when they were done. We enjoyed working with them, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Chris came in with the best estimate for the kitchenette we wanted in the basement. They put in cabinets, counters, a sink, and appliances. They had to install electric and plumbing. They also added a wall. Chris and his employees (Including Julio, Andrew and Cliff) were very prompt each day. They were exceptionally courteous and professional. Same with Chris' sub-contractors. When the workers left each day they did a great job cleaning everything up. The job was done on time, in about 3 weeks. The kitchen looks great. Chris kept us up to date on everything that was going on. His team did an exceptional job. We later hired them to do a major remodeling job when we were putting our house up for sale (They did a great job on that, too!).

    HIVEX Basement Finishing Co.
Im very happy with my new basement. What I required was a basic outlay, but they came up with some added features that Im very pleased with. Everything was done perfectly and meticulously. What I was really impressed with was the friendliness and professionalism of every member of their team starting with Bob, the project manager. Any request I had was answered with an of course, we can do that. I just wish they did other work besides basements.
