    I am not a patient there and after the practices I see them take, I never ever will be. My records were transferred there from my previous dentist who retired. I never went to this place here and thus was never a patient. When I asked them to transfer my records to another dentist, they wanted to charge me $15 just to type in the email address of the new dentist. To top it off, when I said I didn't have the email, just the phone number, they rudely told me to get the email address and call them back. Why am I paying someone to type in an email address that I have to research to send records when I was never a patient there?!?! Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all costs.

    Yes, it's a larger practice, but we couldn't be happier. My husband often comments that this is the best dental practice he's ever been to, and I have to agree. Initially we went with them because there wasn't a practice in our immediate area on our insurance, but we continue with them because we know we're getting such good care there. 
     Their longer hours are a big help for busy schedules, and from billing to the chairside team, they are very customer-oriented. Where there were insurance problems or technical issues, they have always been very willing to work to a solution. We've had to call several times outside of business hours on urgent issues, and the on-call dentist has always been very helpful.
    They've also referred us to other dental practitioners for issues they don't handle, and their recommendations have always been spot on.
    In other words, we're staying!

    They are fine. They are professional and very thorough. In general, it is a very well known practice and very nice people work there. They are very good when it comes to billing. They are very good about checking and making sure that all the insurances are taken care of. It is just a nice environment. It's a busy practice but they do accommodate late hours and early hours. Generally, they are pretty good.

    The filling was a replacement of an old filling that was leaking and discolored. The doctor provided an anesthetic to numb the area an then replaced the filling with a color matching white filling. It was pretty painless.

    The dentist had appointments within a couple of weeks for us as new patients. Everything was very standard, decent office, 15 minutes or less wait to get in. I found it odd that they did the tooth cleaning first, then cleaned the gums and scraped. They offered a service each and every time that was not a covered expense. When declined, they offer to do it complimentary, then bill the insurance and have the charge show up on your account. They will remove it upon request. They also say things, like bridge replacement or other devices have been approved via insurance, only to find out afterwards they were not. Then we have to negotiate to pay the price. This happened three times, not just a one time mistake, which can happen. Beware.

    I think he does great work at a reasonable price. He gives you options on your care and I really trust his opinion. Scheduling is not bad, but it does take a couple weeks to get in for an appointment. It also depends on how sever the situation is. I have been going to him for 30 years now.

    She is wonderful. I was able to get in right away and get some dental work done before my insurance stopped. They were pleasant and accommodating. They make me feel like I am part of the family. They really worked with me. I will use them again.

    Not knowing exactly where the problem was located, Dr. Bolil sent me back to my oral surgeon to determine whether the problem was with the implant itself or the crown. After the oral surgeon determined that the implant was not loose, I was sent back to Dr. Bolil where he removed the old crown and replaced it with a brand new one - all work was done free of charge since he had installed the original crown. In addition, the staff is always friendly and I am seen promptly. Thank you Dr. Bolil.

    Dr. Bolil evaluated the loose crown at a previous appointment and suggested I go back to implant surgeon to have the implant evaluated. The implant surgeon determined the implant was fine and sent me back to Dr. Bolil. He removed the old crown, had a new one fabricated, and installed it - all work was done free of charge since he had installed the original crown.

    Very friendly staff made me feel welcome. After the initial exam there were a couple of issues to be addressed. We were able to work with my schedule in a short time to get all things fixed in a timely manner. I have now been a couple of times and never had to wait very long to be taken back for my appointment. The dentist was very good and is now my regular denist.
