    First of all , we bought our car at Marshall Ford.  We took it in for service but on the way there we noticed a grinding sound.  Thinking it was just the brakes because it had been sitting for awhile, we picked it up and drove it some more, but the sound didn't go away.  We took it back to Marshall Ford to be looked at and told them we thought it was the brakes.  They test drove it with us and agreed it was a bad grinding sound but had no idea what it was.  They then took it to service and called us later in the day to say the tires were all cut up and that was the sound, to take it to the Michelin dealership.  We said we disagreed and could they look at the brakes.  A few minutes later we get a call from the owner of the dealership saying he has our keys, come pick the car up and take it to Michelin.  He would not discuss with us and was  rather rude.  He would only say come pick up your car. When we did, we said we were going to take to another dealership and get another opinion.  He was curse and  rude and said take your keys and leave.l  We then took it to the ford dealership in Warrenton, they looked it over and said there was sand and gravel in the brakes, they turned them and the sound was gone.  It is whisper quiet now.  There was no problem with the tires.

    We looked for a good dependable used car for some time that we could pay cash for, but something with lower miles that would have some life left in it.  Most used cars are overpriced, particularly at dealerships.  But on a lark, we stopped into this relatively new premium used car dealership to just look at their lineup of mostly European used luxury cars (BMWs, Mercedes, Audis).  We have never owned one of those and really didn't want to, but we saw a beautiful blue AUdi A4 with very low miles, and because it was over 10 years old, it had a very good price that we could afford to pay cash for.  The people there were friendly, low-key and there was never any pressure at all to do anything.  They were very easy and great to work with.  We feel like we were treated very fairly and got a good deal.  We would definitely keep checking with them for future auto purchases.  And I have a premanent grin from driving the used Audi A4.  It's fantastic.

    They are open from 5 AM to 11 PM which is fantastic for my work schedule.  They also provide a free loner car so I can leave my car there and come back later to pick it up.   I do not have to have an appointment and they always get it done the same day unless they find a more serious issue.  They always do a good job and I will absolutely continue to use them.

    Outstanding car purchasing experience with Country Chevrolet and Sam Cappozilli!  From the moment I walked in the door with my old vehicle until I departed with the new vehicle, Sam & Country Chevrolet provide me outstanding customer service and  professionalism.  I could not have asked for a more courteous and approachable group of people.  They were very timely in the sales process, they did all the heavy lifting, which is amazing because most of my car buying experiences have been "you need to do this" and "you need to bring me this".  Country handed me everything I needed and made the sale painless!

    All we can say is WOW! We would give this dealership an A++, if we could. We were in need of a new (used) car, and saw an ad for what we were looking for on their Internet website. Our last two car purchases were Volvos, and we have always been so pleased with their performance, we decided a Volvo was what we wanted, for the third time!

    We called the dealership on a Thursday evening around 7:40, and even though they said they closed at 8:00, the salesperson told us to come on in. We loved our salesperson, Deborah, as soon as we met her! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Deborah definitely went the extra mile, to ensure we got the car we wanted!!

    We also met Denton, who completed the paperwork for the sale of the car. Mike and Daniel worked with us, as well. They were all terrific!!

    We would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car. I know we will be calling Deborah, when we are ready for our next car purchase.

    Terrific! Mike is professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, courteous and personable. Although Mike generally deals in luxury car sales, he didn't hesitate to agree to find a used Ford Excursion for me. From the minute I walked into his office, Mike was on his computer asking me questions to narrow down my criteria for the vehicle I wanted. He did multiple searches across the country and found not only a great vehicle for me but at a good price. Not only was the search for the vehicle quick, once Mike had the vehicle in his shop and detailed it, I was completed all the paperwork and was driving off in less than 30 minutes! Warrenton has more car dealers in its small area than I've ever seen before, but I will only go to Mike @ Highline from now on whenever I need a new car.

    They said the transmission needed replaced and said it would be $1,900. We had a hard time finding out when it would be finished. When we got our car back, I would let off the gas and the engine kept sounding like it was racing. They had punctured a hole in the power steering. There's another piece called the transfer case that connects to transmission that was damaged. They installed the wrong transmission in our car. We took the car back. They kept it for another 3 weeks and they never let us know what was happening and finally, we just took our car back and ended up going somewhere else. We spent $5,000 to get a new transmission.

    A very pleasant car-buying experience, especially since I bought the car sight unseen from Virginia. Most of us?at one point or another?have dealt with pushy, high-pressure car salesmen. This was the exact opposite. Jeff was always courteous, respectful, honest and helpful. He was straightforward from the very beginning about the vehicle I purchased, he answered all my questions, took the car to the local Porsche dealer so that I could have it inspected, and even made his staff available so they car could be picked up after hours. Jeff made my out-of-state buying experience simple and worry-free! I can't say enough good things about Jeff and Motorsport of Kansas!
