    Russel was punctual, cost competitive, and very friendly in person. He worked through some rain, and had to move 1000+ lbs of equipment down a steep hill on his own. Most importantly, he did a great job with the tear down and installation. I would most certainly recommend him to any others who require installation of Gorilla playgrounds.

    I had a noisy pool pump and motor failing and was concerned it would be a real issue going out when I was at work during the week. I contacted Finn's late on a Saturday afternoon leaving a message with the answering service. Sean returned my call within hours that day. I explained the problem and he told me he could stop by early next week. On early Monday morning Sean was at the house assessing the situation. I wanted the pump, motor, and filters system to be working like new. We made a fair cost projection and he said it may be a couple of days. On Tuesday morning the next day Finn's had crews at the house with all the new equipment and performed the work within 2 hours. I now have a properly working system that is quiet. Finn's has the professional knowledge and was not trying to over sell me on anything. Finn's just did what's right. I am totally impressed with the response and installation. I would recommend and use Finn's again in the future.

    He responded immediately and we scheduled a date to go over the renovations I wanted. He understood what look I was trying to achieve, he was always on time for our appointments. The teams he hired were professional, very polite, and great to work with. I especially liked Dan Gardner, who was the head of the renovation team assigned to my project. At the end of the renovation,the house looked amazing, it was so beautiful, it looked like new construction. We have other projects in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to use Phoenix Home services again.

    Excellent. After numerous pool service/repair providers attempting this repair and also providing pool maintenance services, Finn's has been a breath of fresh air. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely responsive. Escalation to the owner happens as needed and regularly, and communication has been very good.

    When we started working with Crystal Blue Aquatics, they were exceptional. Unfortunately, the service became more and more careless and sloppy over the past two seasons. Last season it took a very long time for the pool to clean up, and on several occasions the water hose was left on and we found the pool overflowing a few times. The communication between the technician and us was inconsistent as well, as he did not report weekly on the work that had been done. I hired another pool company who just opened our pool this afternoon, and I was informed that the pool had not been properly winterized. The gas to the heater was not shut down, the heater, filter, and pipes were still full of water, and we have a few breaks in the equipment and in the underground pipe that leads the water away from the pool. Thank goodness it wasn't a terribly cold winter; otherwise, the damage could have been so much bigger. From my previous experience with Crystal Blue Aquatics, I know that they do great work and I hope that maybe this review can direct them into assessing what needs to be improved upon and remind their technicians what they need to pay closer attention to.

    Russ did an excellent job, we were very pleased. I wasn't sure how things would go, we had built a gravel pad out back on our sloped yard, so it was important that the play set be set up within acceptable "buffer area" of the retaining wall. All of the parts also had to be moved from the driveway out back to the area. Russ delivered a great service, on time, as promised, at a reasonable price. He even went the extra mile to call the vendor on our behalf when a part was shipped late! Would definitely recommend Russ!

    David and Ramiro were great to work with. This project was BIG to say the least, and David did a great job of managing it. While the overall time frame took a little longer that expected, David was good about communicating any issues that arose and working to fix them in a timely manner. The quality of the work that was done was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. David has a lot of integrity, and if he gives his word that something will be done he will make sure he sees it through to completion. Not only did Virginia Home remodel give us a beautiful home to live in, they also added equity to our fixer upper and for that we will always be grateful. We have two additional bathrooms that we did not get to in the first reno and we would strongly consider bringing Virginia Home Remodel back to do these at a later date.

    It didn't go at all, sadly for us with a beautiful weekend upcoming! I had been working with Crystal Blue for all of my pool needs including new heater (2013), new filter system (2014) and new pool overhaul (2015) as well as weekly service contract until this year. They had always been responsive and mostly professional with a few miscommunication events here and there. Sadly this has all changed. I received an email from their new service manager this winter promising upgrades to service and the team with tales of a more professional organization...sorry, this just isn't true. I set up my pool opening in February for this week only to arrive home on the planned day with the cover still in place. A few emails to Crystal Blue solved the mystery with the answer of 'oops, we messed up', we'll do it tomorrow. Sadly tomorrow happened again with no pool opening. Today's message was 'we'll see if we can get to it next week'. Fat chance, you're fired now and forever, no chance I'll work with these guys again. Fool me once shame on you; fool me twice shame on me! I've moved on to a new pool guy that will hopefully tell me the truth!

    Of the windows they installed, two were the wrong windows. They replaced a new window with their new window instead of placing it beside it. Then the installed a window that wasn't on the contract because it had been replaced with a different style by the sales rep without a change order. They installed an exterior back of the house door with a window and I didn't want a window for security reasons. They scratched my hardwood floors moving furniture to install two living room windows and haven't addressed the repair yet. They didn't paint the trim on any of the windows, so I have to hire a painter now. But the best part was the sunroom that was to be delivered in 6-8 weeks from August 5th. It was ordered mid-November due to RemodelUSA over committing causing installation delays. It was delivered mid-December after I was already paying my first FOUR loan payments. They were paid in full before breaking ground and now they won't refund the lean to, concrete patio and pergola totaling $34k. It's January 25th, 2017 and the process lasted six months. I am still waiting on 1) the concrete subcontractor to finish the work under the sunroom, 2) the window that was replaced by accident to be delivered and installed next to the existing window 3) all the wrapping of the windows and footers of the sunroom 4) someone to address the punch list of things that they damaged (grass is all gone, yard is all torn up, septic lines have had piles of clay on them, wood floor is scratched, gutter was pierced by excavator and leaks, the family room ceiling needs to be repainted due to the fake wall put in place when they built the sunroom, the AC unit in the sunroom was dropped, the driveway cracked under the weight of the concrete truck, the replacement window in the kitchen because it wasn't what I ordered on the contract and more.) Think twice before you pick a large outfit like RemodelUSA who is in for one reason - the money. They don't care about timelines, attention to detail, customer satisfaction or doing the right thing. This isn't be resolved despite emails to management and the franchise owner. It's a disaster, so I am taking the time to share my story in hopes that it helps someone avoid the stress I have been under for six months!

    What seemed at first like a simple fix was anything but. The screws holding the pedal all stripped and these screws were the most solid things every built by man. Adam from FitnessBetter came out within 3 HOURS of calling... on a SUNDAY! He worked at it, and kept trying everything in the book until we were able to find a solution. And... even after the job was a lot more involved and took a lot longer than first expected, he did not charge any more than the initial quote. On top of that, he was extremely courteous and good-natured. Why can't all repair companies provide service like this?!
