    The staff is very friendly and very considerate. They have a great way that they have their office managed. Sometimes if you are sick, and you call for an appointment and you can't necessarily get an appointment because they are scheduled out, they actually take walk-ins in the morning if for some reason you are sick.

    Dr. Kim is also my primary care physician and takes care of my wife and my adult children and their spouses. He is easy to talk to, down to earth, and has a fine office staff. His office is well run and he will do anything he can to help his patients. He is a doctor's doctor. I recommend him highly.

    Every doctor there that I have dealt with has been excellent. I have been going there for 28 years. They do have residence from the college and they are under supervision. They have just recently opened up a clinic where I can just walk in too if I needed. I wished I could them an A+.

    I got an appointment for the day after I called. Dr. Doerman saw me within 10 minutes of my appointment time. He performed his usual thorough examination and discussion. He diagnosed a severe sinus infection (no news to me) and prescribed for it. This pattern of being able to get an appointment and being seen on time is typical of Dr. Doerman's office. His staff is pleasant and efficient.

    Aside from what was stated above, I appreciate that Dr. Barbano is quick to refer you to a specialist if necessary. Being a primary care doctor he is somewhat of a and quot;jack of all tradesand quot;, but he recognizes when it is appropriate to see a specialist - i.e. dermatologist, etc.

    The appointment was excellent. She gave me detailed analysis of the recent work-ups, asked me lots of pertinent questions about how I had been feeling and encouraged me to be more diligent in coming to the office and following up on my treatment plan. I have been seeing Dr. Fagan for many years. I continue to return year after year because she is absolutely an outstanding doctor. She has all the qualities you hope for in a person you trust with your health. Several years ago when I needed back surgery she recommended a fabulous surgeon. She has also referred me to other specialists that I like very much and have seen with very successful results. I consider her to be a real blessing in my life. And I really appreciate the fact that she surrounds herself with such kind nurses and a thoughtful staff. The entire atmosphere in her office makes going to the doctor as stress free as it can possibly be.

    I don't have long wait times when I schedule an appointment. I only wait for 5 minutes to get in and get going. There's not a lot of extra waiting. They take care of what I need. They have everything in a laptop. They're quick and efficient. They really try to help me out. They're very good.

    My Prima Medicine experiences have been fabulous from start to finish. Dr. Rao's staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean, updated and nice. Dr. Rao is thorough and refreshingly caring and professional. I am a nurse and am quite picky about my physicians. I could not be happier with the time she takes with her patients and her bedside manner. I was even happier that she didn't require I return to her office to go over lab results which my previous physicians have required. She called with my results when she said she would saving me a trip to the office. You may call or use their webpage to set up an appointment. Once my debit card was charged twice for an office visit. It was an innocent mistake as the computers were acting up that day. Dr. Rao called me herself to let me know the charge was removed. Seriously?I I didn't think they made doctors like her anymore.

    Before going I looked at the Web site. They have a dropdown menu with the insurance providers that they accept. One was BlueCross/BlueShield, which is what I have. They even have a separate page that explains that you only have to pay your regular copay and they will bill the insurance. I thought that was great and so convenient.
    I went into the office and a very unfriendly receptionist asked me why I was there. When I explained, she asked what insurance I had. I told her. She then started shaking her head and said they don't take BC/BS. I mentioned that it was right on their Web site that they did and she continued to shake her head and shrugged her shoulders. She said maybe someday they would but not now. She was rude and dismissive.
    After I got home, I double-checked the Web site and it did indeed say that they took BC/BS. There was a form to send them an email with any questions, which I used. Still have not heard a word from them.

    Wow! It was horrible! I've been going to this practice for years. My daughter goes to this practice. I had always been happy with the office and the PA that I see. At this time howeve, I had been trying to get a refill of an ongoing Rx for over a week. I had called daily to check on the status and every day I was told it would be done that day. Some days I called twice to beg for the Rx. I never got past the front desk (a position I have worked in physician offices over several years). I finally decided that I would just make an appointment to go in to get the refill, discussing the Rx with the PA in case there was a problem, paying my copay. As soon as I showed up I could tell that the girl at the desk thought I was going to complain about her. People in the office were comforting her. My PA came in to see me with some attitude-- did not want to discuss the refill with me (it is a hormone therapy that I take every day ongoing for 2 years) and when I said 'wait I need to get a refill' she said 'it's already been called in.' I was confused because I had just checked on it that morning hoping to get out of a doctor appointment and it had not been received. I told her as much and she said 'see it was called in this morning' and showing me the signed fax. When I checked out, I was given more attitude. I want to point out that I never said a disparaging word to the office staff, I never complained about the Rx refill, I was very polite as I think it pays to overlook such one time occurrences. Of course, when I got to the pharmacy they did not have the refill ok-- they had to call the office to get it verbally. I've used this pharmacy for 13 years and I've never had an issue with them, and from what they showed me and told me, and based on the attitude I got from the provider office, I tend to believe that the provider office made the mistake.
    I am having the same problem again. I called the pharmacy yesterday to request the refill, but then thought that I should just go by the office if I could to pick up a written Rx. So today I called to ask for a refill, the front desk took the message curtly, but she may have been busy. However when I asked if the PA would see it today (as I'm leaving on vacation in 3 days) she became very rude, said goodbye and hung up before I could even ask if I could pick up a written Rx.
    I've worked in this same position as I said above and I know how busy and frustrating it can be. But you cannot be rude to patients, they depend on the provider and staff, and they pay for the service. I'm feeling very upset, almost in tears as I don't have any other physician I can turn to. I'll have to start looking for another physician and start all over with them. It's very discouraging! I also wonder about the other patients going to this practice-- most of their patients are elderly judging from the waiting room and I feel very sorry for them.
